Used to be a favorite but after what we witnessed yesterday, we'll not be going back. Looked like the young lady that was cooking may have been new as she was asking questions about what pots to use.... Even more scary is the fact that she was not wearing gloves and proceeded to touch the pots, deep fryer basket handles, wipe her hands on her pants, picked up a bowl with her fingers extended into the bowl, then with her bare hand grabbed veggies out of the prep station and put them into the bowl, then went to the wok or grille to cook them. Then grabbed a bowl that is used on the service line and again had her fingers extended into the bowl and then filled it with food that was cooked and ready to be placed on the service line. HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS up the ying-yang. The other girl that was filling in the guy that had been cooking (and was wearing gloves) also had no gloves on. And the other girl working at the service line was not wearing gloves either - even though this position handles the tongs and spoons and then the register so it may not be a big deal, this person still handles the plate that food is placed on - therefore it he/she does not have clean hands, it could be a problem. This location seems to be understaffed and undermanaged. To walk in at 5PM and they were out of at least 4 entrees and NEVER have steamed vegetables is simply inexcusable.

My wife ordered through the app well before closing only to get a phone call 30 or so minutes later that they won't be able to fulfill the order. The manager on duty was so incompetent regarding the situation and our refund that she handed the phone off to a cook who was EVEN MORE incompetent. That's a first for me! The call lasted for 45 minutes while they were trying to refund us for food we paid for that apparently did not exist at 8:30pm. Furthermore, while they were being incompetent wasting our time, these two, the cook and the manager thought it was a great idea to speak freely while on the phone with my wife the customer. The manager says "This women is crazy". The cook responds "Oh I don't care if she comes banging on the door I'm not making anymore food". Several other comments were also made, all with an open line to a customer. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE, these two should be fired for treating a customer that poorly. But just from reading these reviews I can clearly see that the problem doesn't stop there, upper management is also receiving negative feedback. Read moreI had a disappointing experience with Panda Express. I ordered directly from the restaurant for a bigger plate with white rice, but I received fried rice instead. When I called the store to inform them of the mistake, they claimed that they were not responsible because my order was delivered by DoorDash and they informed the driver and the driver said it was okay to put fried rice instead of white but I was never informed either by the driver or Panda Express . As a customer who ordered directly from Panda Express, I find this unacceptable. It is their responsibility to ensure that the correct order is delivered to their customers.I was told that I would get a call from the manager and I never got a call. I want my order fixed or my money refunded. I hope the restaurant takes the necessary steps to prevent this from happening to others in the future. The manager of this location should be completely looked into because the manner of unprofessionalism is absurd.
