Bear's Pizza and More — Restaurant in Fort Bragg

Honestly feel bad for leaving reviews like this on local businesses, but for the price of my pizza I should not have gotten the wrong size. Not to mention the toppings aren't cooked thoroughly, and overall seemed like my pizza wasn't very done. My onions on the Timberwolf being totally raw alongside the fact the sauce is a bit boring really was a let down. My husband picked the pizza up for take out in a rush trying to get home to the extended family who was all super tired from a long work week, and didnt realize they gave us the wrong size and we were starving so we ate it anyways after counting the slices. Sucks, again for the price in this small town, that shouldn't be happening. I would consider this extra large pizza to be the size of a medium beyond the point it was cut into thin slices like a large. As someone who has worked in two different pizza restaurants, your ingredients cannot possibly be that expensive for that price just for my pizza to be that small. That, or you need to hire someone else to make them. This is a small community who deserves to be dining out beside the tourist and not worry about these issues and your business can thrive financially doing...

For someone coming from a major metropolitan area, this place was a relaxing oasis with nostalgic touches. I was working nearby and decided to try this local pizza despite other chains in the area and fell in love with it. The pizza was fantastic. The workers were well spoken and friendly. I got a vibe that someone in the back was a relative to some employees and I felt the love in the atmosphere. Great beer selection.

Then I walked into the back corner... and was blown away by their arcade section. Mario Andretti Pinball, House of the Dead, Hydro thunder just to name a few. I was blown away. Thank you so much to the employees and owners in charge. I cannot give...

The restaurant was nice. The people were nice. The pizza and wings were subpar and expensive. half of the pizza wasn't cut into slices. The sauce was bland marinara. The quality of the pepproni was kinda lacking. It was really cheesy with a mozzarella that was almost hard to bite/chew. My kid actually choked on the cheese. The wings weren't crispy at all, and the sauce was pretty mild for hot wings. Food wasn't the worst ever but definitely mediocre, especially for the price. I feel bad to leave a negative review, but it was pretty disappointing. I wanted to like this place. Maybe my expectations...
