Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I placed an online order for a sandwich with a scheduled pickup time of 2:02 PM. When I arrived at 2:00 PM, I gave my name to the woman working the counter, who was quite rude. She dismissively said, "Oh, it’s not ready yet, we just got that order." I pointed out that the pickup time was 2:02 PM, but she insisted their system showed 2:15 PM.

While I was waiting, another employee asked if I needed assistance. I explained I was waiting because I was told the pickup time was 2:15 PM. The first employee then interjected, saying, "Oh, I have her sandwich right here." If my order was ready, as she suddenly claimed, why was I left sitting there, waiting for no reason?

When I finally got my order, the receipt clearly showed the pickup time as 2:02 PM—proving that I was lied to about something as simple as the time. To top it off, my sandwich was dry and not prepared as I had ordered it. I didn’t have time to go back and address it, as I was already frustrated by their rudeness.

This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially when the staff is clearly overwhelmed. Everyone has busy days, but that’s no excuse to take it out on customers. They definitely need...

I have been to this location now a few times. Our family loves a good sandwich so when Jersey Mike's came to Burleson we were excited. The first time we tried it some of us liked it and the others not so much. We have been back trying different things to see if we could find something we loved. This past Saturday we decided to stop and grab a sandwich for a quick lunch. The service was horrible. There is an older man who is very grumpy. I am not a regular so I need to look at the menu. I do not know the "mikes" lingo. I requested to have my sandwich warmed on the grill and the older man got annoyed. I paid $55.00 for 4 sandwiches, drinks and chips. I expect to be treated better than this. What has happened to customer service? I wanted to love Jersey Mike's because again we love a good sandwich. After this experience we will not be returning. Went in today to grab a sandwich for my grandson and myself. The gentleman slicing the meat accidently dropped the pepperoni on the floor and walked to the back. A young lady picked up the half log of meat and through it into a sink, shortly after another young lady, who identified herself as the manager, went a rinsed it off then came to proceed making my sandwich with the meat that fell on the floor. I told her she needed to throw the meat away and she refused saying she had rinsed it off. She had no clue that this half a log of pepperoni was contaminated not only from the floor but the sink as well.
