BE WARNED!!!! Be careful using the app here with your auto-pay turned on I had two separate issues on two separate days here at this location. the first time it happened I had a app offer to get a dollar drink. I gave her my code but I ordered my French fries first and then when I told her I wanted a Dr Pepper she said that they didn't have Dr Pepper at this time only diet Dr Pepper so I told her to cancel everything. She acknowledged. Now mind you im at the drive thru speaker still so I'm thinking she'll cancel and so I drive off. 15 minutes later I see a charge for just the fries in my bank account I tried to call in to have it resolved over the phone but of course as per usual POST COVID it seems no fast food places ever answer the phone now EVER!!!! so I had to drive 15 minutes back to the store I get there ask for a manager and explain and need a refund. She's like we have Dr Pepper well hold on let me check she asked the workers in Spanish they said yes. Well I could tell the previous lady on the speaker was black if you know you just know anyway. The manager has me pull ahead. She decides to give me the fries since I've already been charged for that but not charge me for the drink for the inconvenience. Prefect. So the worker hands me a cup that is brownish looking liquid toward the bottom and what looks like a clear liquid at the very top and I said this doesn't look right. I don't want that. He called the manager over they start messing with the machine and so I'm like okay well now I get why the black worker said they are out of Dr Pepper she knew something was wrong with the machine lol! So the manager keeps messing with it they finally hand me what looks to be a proper mixture of of soda water and Dr Pepper syrup. I drive off but taste it. it tastes terrible ...I circled back around to the drive-thru line and told her there's something definitely wrong with the machine don't give anyone else this ! Lol I was going to keep the fries and drive to another location but I just told her go ahead and give me a sweet tea. Ok so the very next day I came because I had a app reward for a free item. I give the code at the speaker. I get to the window and the guy says you had your auto pay turned on so even though you gave me the code it still charged your card so he had to issue me a refund. I think going forward I'll keep auto pay turned off no matter...

I'd suggest that management go to the Kimball location in Southlake to see how nice that system can be (of course order through the app first).
I would like to give the management I saw there a bit of credit. The manger on duty seemed driven to get orders out quickly and even professionally addressed an employee that made an error.
Reading through reviews, it looks like the drive thru can be a bit of a pain (I dined in), so just be aware of that.
Anyhow, while this location has no play place (making it less fun for kids), it does have tons of public electrical wall outlets for those looking to work outside of the office or charge a dying phone.
Another cool feature is that they have a couple of EV stations (for electric vehicles) so you can charge your car at lunch. (Sorry, I didn't look at pricing)
Also they have a single video game station in this location (see picture). I haven't seen too many of these in the Dallas/Fort Worth area so it's a rarity here but my experience with these in the past have been like... I have a smartphone. But if the 1 station is available, you're into simple games, and don't mind touching a screen that could be either regularly or never cleaned then have a go (probably wash your hands before eating though...).
I should state that I don't normally go to this location, but I'd agree with others that there seems to be people who like to hang out at here (socializing, not eating, was there before I got there and stayed a long time after). They all seemed like they just liked the dining area and thought that it was an interesting/comfortable place to chill with family and friends (which I can't disagree with).
Last thing, the table/chair situation is insane in this dining area. While it works together fairly well, there are about 4-5 different styles of seating going...
Read moreThe overnight crew is just not it for the most part as far as customer service a few days ago I bought breakfast bundle they got my hash brown but I was already in Richardson so I let it go last night I got the cheeseburger bundle and a 13 pack of cookies and a diet coke. On my way to McKinney I open the back to eat some fries because I am starving and there are NO FRIESS . So I call and a manager by the name of Raphael answers I explain the situation I also let him know about the breakfast incident on Monday he asks how to make it better I told him just giving me what I ordered is fine .. he said okay I told him I work across the street over night I'll be by on my lunch he said okay . So on lunch go to drive thru Raphael is not working and the people that were there Re just rude and seriously lack any customer service skills.. treating me like I'm lying about all this just to get a free order of small fries ??? Then to add insult to injury the chicken SANDWHICH I ordered is has a severely overcooked bun and the edges is hard like cardboard I didn't even know they put the buns to cook why would it be burned .. this McDonald's is just soooo seriously lacking any professionalism .. Raphael is the one shinning star it seems from the whole place.. other than that I think I will bring a packed lunch if possible or taco bell or jackinthe box .. because forgetting my items on top of bad customer service I top of being insulted on top of already horribly un-nutritios food thr convenience is completely cancelled out ! I don't expect 5 stars from mcdoanlds but at the very least...
