Quaint little coffee shop attached to a gas station in Vail. I would've scored a higher rating had they gotten my simple coffee order right, however. I don't know how a request for a mocha turned into a basic latte but it was quite the surprise as we drove away and I took a sip. Yuck! They do need more dairy free/vegan food options - e.g. a dairy free cream cheese would be an easy addition and make several of the breakfast sandwiches/general healthier options more accessible. Staff is super kind/friendly but the whole team seemed confused as to whether the "allergen free" muffins were vegan or not. Jury's still out on that one 😅 Sat at a large table that also seemed so wobbly it was about to fall apart when anyone at our table touched it, so perhaps that could use some attention too....
