This was our first time trying this brand and they were a success. I downloaded the app when they opened not long ago and have watched the coupons but had not placed an order. We are a bit more careful ordering from any new places as we have had so many bad experiences here. On this occasion I used their app as there was a discount on Monday. We took a real chance and got the Bbq chicken pizza minus onions on the regular crust and we got the cheezybread. I personally have to be careful of all the carbs but it was worth the investment. First off our order arrived earlier than anticipated and the driver might have been the manager. They were very friendly and explained our order and what they included. The food arrived hot and smelled great. The Cheezybread had paper over it in the box which helped keep it fresh and soft. The pizza looked great and we could not wait to eat it. We all tried both items and really enjoyed them both. For this particular pizza I would definitely recommend the regular crust to support the sauce. They do not skimp. I plan to try some of the others on the thin crust as I prefer mine that way. The cheezybread was soft and very tasty with just the right amount of garlic. Read moreI ordered pizza, wings, and a salad from this location. The delivery driver said he left my salad. It was almost midnight so delivering a salad that late wasn't an option for me. I called the store to request a refund for the salad and the manager said he will have to wait until the driver returns and make a note. My credit card was charged for the full price, including the salad, a few days later. I called the store back and they said a cash refund was entered into the system. I never received any type of refund. I'm unsure what is going on here; however, I won't order from here again because of the hassle. I'm going to have to dispute the salad charge and request my tip back. Tips are earned and for customers having to constantly call to correct your issue is bad business. Called location and a woman stated "yes i have your order here, one moment please" the manager(Joe) came on the phone and contradicted the woman and stated the driver is 6 minutes away. We live literally 6 minutes away from the location.(per google maps) When the Delivery driver showed up he started to say the traffic is crazy and it was an hour drive then changed his story to google says is a 20 min drive from the location to my house..looked it up..NOPE! As a corporate manager I tried to give the Delivery driver some advice on how to handle the situation but all he did was fumble with his phone to prove his point.
