Fadi's Mediterranean Grill — Restaurant in Frisco

I have been dining at this Fadi's location for a little over ten years and am still a huge fan. The wide variety of healthy foods is mouth-watering, and I could eat here every day!

The restaurant is set up so that you go through a line and point out the various foods you would like. If you are looking to try a little bit of everything, get the "sampler" which allows you to taste all of the different salads, vegetables, and try a variety of hummus'. You can get a vegetarian sampler or choose a meat to go along with it; I usually fill up on the veggies and salads and can't even make room to eat a meat, too. The baked chicken is tender and juicy, and the baked fish is also very flavorful and healthy.

You must try the roasted cauliflower (when available), the potatoes, and the pasta salad! These are my favorite items, although I haven't tried a single item at Fadi's that I didn't love. There is also a wide selection of desserts at the counter, if you have room to eat any of them. You also get up to two pitas to enjoy with your meal - either white or wheat. The freshly-juiced drinks are very tasty, as well.

Lunch time and weekends can be very busy, but it is definitely worth the wait for a table, if needed. You can also order items to go and take them home with you. The portion sizes for "to go" items are very generous and inexpensive.

There are coupons periodically in the local "Ad Pages" that gets mailed to most residences; also Groupon has deals on occasion for this restaurant. Even without the coupons, Fadi's is relatively inexpensive and worth every dime. The food is fresh, healthy, and delicious; the staff is always friendly and cheerful.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Wail, the general manager at Fadi’s @ Frisco, for our Christmas party catering, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. While this review may be a bit delayed, it is truly well deserved given the exceptional service we received.

From the very start, Wail was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the catering menu. He patiently walked us through our options, helping us select the right quantity and variety to perfectly accommodate our party size. His expertise in portioning and menu planning was invaluable, ensuring that we had just the right amount of food—enough to satisfy everyone without unnecessary waste.

One of the highlights of our experience was the tasting session he arranged before we finalized our order. Despite us purchasing individual dishes, he generously provided samples of his recommended items, allowing us to make a well-informed decision. He took the time to explain flavors, presentation, and guest preferences, making our selection process effortless. His hospitality during this session was outstanding, ensuring we felt welcomed and confident in our choices.

On the day of the event, everything was delivered exactly as promised—right on time, fresh, and delicious. The order was impeccably organized, and all the necessary serving accessories were included, making setup smooth and hassle-free.

HORRIBLE!!! I went last night with a group of friends for iftar. We were planning on sitting outside, because of COVID. Their outside chairs had removable cushions on them, because it had rained they were wet. We went inside and asked if they could remove them for us, they said no. We decided to sit inside. When we chose what we wanted they told us that the kebab and shawarma would take 15 minutes. Our friends all had their food, ready to eat but we didn’t mind because it was only 15 minutes. We sat down and after fasting all day we couldn’t wait to eat. Me and my daughter were waiting, they came, and brought my food, in 20 minutes. 57 minutes passed by and my daughters still didn’t come. We told the waiter several times, he never cared. Finally, her food arrived, but what? The order was WRONG. It was only chicken shawarma meat, but she ordered a wrap. We told the waitress and although she ate some he took it back, GROSS. He said they’ll make it a wrap back in the kitchen. He brought her some cold fries. We waited another 10 minutes and nothing. Finally we got up and we told the cashier, he made it and brought it for us. Sanitation wise, they were gross, no staff member wore their mask correctly. After all that inconvenience all they have us was extra fries and a baklava. What the heck? My daughter had been fasting the whole day and he food was late over an hour. By the time her food arrived, everyone had ate their food and desert. I excepted a refund or a free food, or even gift card. I will never be coming here again, I wish I could give...
