Dunkin' — Restaurant in Gardena

This morning I had the worst customer service experience at Dunkin Donuts in Gardena with Ryan. After being greeted with a yawn at the counter her first words were “I’m tired”. I said good morning and gave her my order. While waiting two more customers walked in. She failed to greet them as well. When I grabbed my coffee I noticed it had cream. I simply walked back to the counter and told Rayna the order was incorrect. I asked for a regular black coffee Rayna loudly replied” It’s regular coffee!!! Regular coffee has cream and sugar!!! I was shocked and looked at the other customers expression at this poor representation of Dunkin Donuts quality service. Please retrain Rayna or replace her. I’ve been drinking coffee for more than 25years around the world. Regular coffee is black. I will vent and pass the word about this location and employee to other social media...

First time here at this location and service was great with the girl working there.. shebwas cleaning the front end when I walked in and greeted me with a smile and said hello and asked if I needed any help, there after an older gentleman entered and she as well greeted him and than asked if I was ok and needed help because the gentleman was trying to get in and out but she made sure I was helped first since I arrived before him but I let her know inwas ok he ordered a coffe to go and she saw I was still at the self service and she asked me if I needed her help because of her friendly and helpful service I decided to.ordered with HAZEL and she was patient with my order. HAZEL WAS GREAT AND HELPFUL.. iam a big dunkin fan and she .are my experience great so now I know if I'm in the area to come here and order with HAZEL. THANKS AGAIN HAZEL! STAY...

A classic Dunkin’ Donuts with a neighborhood feel.

Coffee - 4.5 Donuts - 4.0 Customer service - 5.0

It’s what you would expect out of a Dunkin’ Donuts, bright pink&orange, a variety of donuts, a bit commercialized. Contrary to my love of high quality coffee, I personally like Dunkin’ coffee, although I tend towards their sweet drinks, which have a nice strong punch to ‘em. Donuts are standard - but there some days, I would rather get a Dunkin donut than pay $$ for one. I appreciate that their customer service, and have a pleasant experience when coming in (to this particular location!) I like their outdoor seating space, but wouldn’t stay too long since it is next to a busy street in a plaza with a decent amount of traffic.

Overall, nice stop to make if you’re going for that fast food...
