Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Gardena

I grab lunch or perhaps dinner here quite often at other locations. Last Thursday visited this location and I was completely disappointed. The man in charge of the store was arguing back and forth me me about substituting one meat for the other. I agreed to another sandwich. But he was so concerned with me paying extra and not making sure me the customer was satisfied. He barely put any veggies on my sandwich. He also has all the other workers so uptight about how they prepare the subs with. He doesn’t allow anyone that I saw that day to cut the meats on the subs. Afraid they may put too much. Over all I know how my subs are prepared at other locations. And this one I was not satisfied with. My sandwich was also very dry. It’s ridiculous how much you pay for a sub and to not be happy...

I always come to this Location .I have spent alot of money here however never again .I placed my order online and when I went inside the restaurant to pick up my food I was name shamed by a female employee she asked was that my real name I stated yes it is she then said why would Your parents do that to you why would they name you that I was humiliated. My name shouldn't have even been addressed in such a way when you don't even know me it was extremely unprofessional. Took half hour came in at 7:29 left around 8pm the night crew is just chitchatting and did not bother starting the order until I had to ask 3 people how much longer for the order to be made. And they just started making it after half hour, the restaurant wasn't even that busy. The order was just 1 sandwich and lays chips and it took forever because they just keep talking and talking and not bothering to begin the order besides others that were in line.
