Carry-out orders BEWARE: self-given tips and lack of communication.

Attempted to place a carry-out order online TWICE around 11pm on 7/2/25. The online system kept accepting (though luckily refunding Google Pay). So I changed it to a phone order, no problem.

Went inside to pick up and pay and there was a non-optional 16% gratuity added on. Again, this is a simple carry out order. When I addressed it with the woman at the stand, she acted like she went back to check, but changed nothing. THEN had the audacity to display an additional tip screen. Mind you, these pizza prices are already on the higher end compared to others, but again not many options for the time of night.

There was no gratuity added online, but I was forced to pay in person due to the online system not working properly.

In addition to the extra charge, the two women up front barely communicated with me outside of asking the name and stating the higher-priced total. Not even a "it'll be right out" or "I'll grab it now for you" or "just one moment" etc.

EDIT in response to owner: Business 101 - it's not the customer's job to pay the wages/salary of the employees. What would you do if no orders were placed in that timeframe? I can't confirm or deny if your 16% notice was on the website at the time the order was placed. However, from the mobile perspective it is AFTER the order online button. When the order was attempted online it did not include the 16% and was around $35. (Which for two medium cheese only is quite ridiculous). As previously mentioned, this turned into a phone order. My boyfriend and I came here for a late dinner since everywhere else closed around 10. Front of house told us that they finished dining already so we’d have to take it to go, mind you we showed up around 11:15-ish and online says they close at 12. Even then, there was a sign inside that said they closed at 1! Anyway, we said it was fine since it was late. While we were picking what we wanted to order, the lady at the register got up and walked away to help other customers and then disappeared to the back for like 10 minutes. When she came back out, she tried helping 2 other customers that came in AFTER us??? She finished taking our order and then told us not to pay yet because she didn’t know if there was anyone to make our food and that they were about to close when it wasn’t even 11:30 yet. She then checks out 2 separate groups of about 5-7 people before going to the kitchen to see if anyone would make our food. She finally gets back there and doesn’t come back for another 10-12 minutes. At this point we were frustrated because we could’ve went somewhere else by the time she told us that they’re making the food. So we wait another 15 minutes for our food and she rings us out. Total was over $70 without tip and no drinks! We had 2 medium pizzas, wings, and garlic knots. Absolutely ridiculous price for poor quality food and outrageous situation. We will...

This place is an absolute gem! It is at the end of the strip; if you blink, you may miss it, and it will be to your demise. Excellent service from our waitress, Diana. The food was fresh, hot, and OUTSTANDING. They were able to accommodate my dairy allergy without hesitation. My husband ordered the bacon, chicken, ranch pizza; I ordered the spaghetti with meatballs to share with our toddler. The cook made my pasta to order, without butter. The pasta came with a side salad which was fresh and excellent. Luigi’s has limited, but nice outdoor seating in the front; because we have an active, messy toddler and enjoy the outdoors, we opted to sit outside. We visited around 3:45pm, before the heavy dinner crowd. It was perfect! Diana checked on us to make sure we had what we needed, and our dining experience was amazing.
