I don't like giving less than favorable reviews, but I also have to be completely honest. So, we wanted to go try another restaurant in the area for my birthday, but we ended up at Chili's because it had a better wait time. We should've just waited the 40 minutes for the other place because our experience here wasn't what we had hoped it would be. We were seated and waited a little while for the waitress to come. Although she was friendly, we had to constantly request things we needed that should've been brought to us automatically. This went on during the entire dinner. There was also a $13 entree we never ordered added to our dinner. So, make sure you read your receipt very carefully before you pay. We felt like we wasted $109 that night. As far as the food is concerned, we ordered the trio fajitas, kids' meals, and 2, 16 piece wings, which were $18.99 if I remember correctly. You're able to request 1 sauce or half and half. My son asked for the mango habanero, but he said it wasn't spicy at all. He liked the mango flavor. The wings were big but pale in color. Our wings were lemon pepper and Buffalo. I asked for them wet like I saw in the picture, but my lemon pepper wings were very bland. They barely had seasoning on it and weren't wet. I did have to ask for more lemon pepper seasoning so I could season it some more. Unfortunately, it didn't really help the flavor much. They were still bland. My husband said his Buffalo wings were not spicy either. With that said, don't be fooled by the pictures. The wings are bland. At least ours were that night. As far as the fajitas go, I thought they tasted ok. They were not bland. The fajita trio was $21, and some change. They were also out of cheese pizza for the kids (we were told after we placed our order), so we had to order chicken tenders and fries for them. The chips and salsa were good, though. We enjoyed the fresh chips. I gave 3 stars because there's lots of room for improvement here for...
Read moreHorrible experience! We go there all the time and I love the Cajun pasta. The night started off with us waiting 25 minutes to get refills. Shortly after getting refills, our food arrived. I noticed my Cajun pasta was dry and had no Alfredo on it. I get this all the time and know what it's supposed to look like. I asked the waitress if I could get some alfredo sauce on the side and my husband asked for some barbecue sauce (for his fries). The waitress, Tia, assured us she would be right back with it and also with my garlic bread that came with the pasta. We literally did not see her again for 15 minutes. By then, my husband and my son were done eating and I was stuck with cold and dry pasta. When we finally saw Tia again, she came to ask us how our meal was. My husband told her she never gave us the alfredo or barbecue sauce. She apologized and said she would be right back. 5 minutes later, she was walking by us to go to another table. My husband stopped her and asked her again where the alfredo was. By this time, I was done. I gave her my plate of food (that I had not touched). I asked her to please take it off of our bill. She did with an insincere apology and replied she was so busy running around she kept forgetting. If I was in her position, I would've immediately got the manager to come talk to us. After leaving. I did speak to the manager. I suggested to him that, perhaps, Tia should be retrained or work on a slower night (like Monday or Tuesday). He told me that Tia had been there long enough to know better. The only reason why I did not speak to the manager while there is because we knew people sitting around us, and I did not want to cause a scene. I am not one to complain, as I have been a restaurant manager myself and I know that people make mistakes. However, I was very disappointed and turned off by the whole situation. We will be back, but will make sure we do not sit...
Read moreTHIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! I order through the app and parked at the restaurant for pick-up at the appropriate spot. I texted that I arrived as directed by the app. I waited at least 15 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready and started to wonder why no one came out to my vehicle. At the same time I see multiple people enter through the pick-up door and receive their food. I call the store pick up number and patiently waited to no avail. I could see the pick-up area from where I was parked but no one made any effort to pick up the phone as I watched it ring. I paid for and fully expected a contact less pick-up. For health reasons I was not comfortable entering the store, but no one would answer the phones. I eventually had to go inside where there was absolutely no social or distancing or even two feet between the waiting patrons. I gave the associate my name and she handed me my food that had been sitting on a rack behind her. As I check my food I noticed that there was a complete meal and one side missing. I asked for the manager and requested that we speak outside for health reasons. From outside, I waited another nine to ten minutes and watched the manager Andrea help four other patrons. She would occasionally glance through the glass door, but never came outside to speak with me. I then came inside and asked for a refund and she still refused to step outside to process the refund. I asked for her name and got out of there as quickly as possible. The employees and the atmosphere at this location is very unprofessional, no customer service, and dealing with the manager was extremely disappointing. I will never come back here again. I don't know how they are able to stay open in such a nice...
