I came here with my mom, we ordered off the deal menu. We also both ordered two pies. When my mom’s order came out the guy asked if we could wait for the pies she had ordered. He said it would be about 10 minutes, we said that was no issue. When my mom started to eat her food she realized it was kind of cold. We didn’t say anything, we figured they were just from the bottom of the tray. About 15 minutes later i still had not received my food which was fine, I had time. We heard in the back they call two strawberry pies. I walked up with both of the reciepts and asked if those pies were my moms or if there were someone else. We didn’t mind if they were not hers we just wanted to eat the pies while they were hot if they were her pies. The gentleman that I asked was the gentleman who brought our food out. He said he would go and see, before he had time to walk over and see a lady who was bagging food looks over at me and loudly proclaims that she said it would be 12 minutes. I said that’s fine, and while I was up there I also asked about my food. She was snarky in her acknowledgment of me and answering my question. She informed me that she didn’t have an order for 610. I showed her my receipt, and she just looked at it. When she took the reciept back to the back with her she came back and snapped at me that it was the same order. I explained to her that I had two orders with pies. I showed her both my mom’s receipt which was 609, I explained she already had her food but not her pies. She still had my receipt which I explained was the one who didn’t have the food or the pies. She snapped and said so you’re wanting your food. I said if it was ready. She threw the food together on the tray quickly and when I say threw I’m meaning literally was tossing it on the tray. Once the food was on the tray she gave it to me after huffing and walking away. When I got my tray I realized I was missing my ranch. When I went back to ask for it she was in the back complaining about me. When she saw I was at the counter she huffed and said aloud “she’s back” and refused to come to the counter to assist me. She told the manager she could come deal with me. The manager was pleasant and helpful. I will note that the ladies attitude was very prevalent to the people eating because one of the customers stopped me and told me she heard the whole thing and felt that it was very unprofessional. She said I was kind and the lady should not have treated me that way. She said that she also had issues with that lady as well. Overall I don’t feel that McDonald’s was a bad experience other than your employees aren’t respectful. She simply could have said, oh I’m sorry we were holding the food until your pie were ready. She also didn’t have to embarrass me and make it known that I was at the counter and that she wasn’t going to “deal” with me. I see where she might have felt embarrassed about the mix up with the food but it was uncalled for behavior. There was no evil intent or harsh attitude that I brought to her when I asked the original question. As a matter of fact she injected herself in the conversation when to start with it had nothing to do with her. I asked the gentleman and she took it upon herself to butt in. If she was that bothered by me she should’ve stayed in her lane. Overall her customer service completely ruined the pleasant environment not only for me but for other customers. One customer even left because she said the lady was doing too much. This whole thing could have been handled a whole different way, and I hope the manager will address the situation in a way that shows the staff that trying to be cool and behaving that way only pushes...
Read moreOut with the family for breakfast while running errands. We placed our order then pulled up to window girl everything good. Pulled up to second window girl and she didn't even know what we had order? Had to ask numerous times what did we all order. Before telling us to hold on and yell at the first window girl to send the order again. 3 minutes later we have our food and drove off. While on the road I started to hand everyone their food realising that my Mcgriddle was missing. I dropped my husband off at the store and drove back to McDonald's. I pull up to the mic and told them I was missing a Mcgriddle. First window girl told me to pull to the front. A few minutes later I'm assuming the manager walked out of the store. She basically calls me a liar to my face that there's no way I could be missing a Mcgriddle. I showed her the bag which had 2 sausage McMuffins inside. I rolled down the back window and showed her that my kids were eating the 2 Mcgriddles. Leaving only 1 Mcgriddle missing from the order. She left and came back a few minutes later only tell me here while handing me the bag. No apology for being wrong or the inconveniences. No sorry for the wait. No here's a hash brown for your trouble. I got nothing but, rudeness from the manager. Where I work we offer a small fry, a hash brown, or a refill on their drinks. That's...
Read moreTerrible service from the employee taking our order very rude, when asked for a daily double she replied "they don't have that" then the disrespecting manager that cussed me, friend, and three kids ages three and four right in front of the kids, and threatened that she will remember our face, again in front of our kids, because we asked if they could turn the heat up some in there "play place" that was no joke no higher than 30 degrees in there.. Felt like 20°.. If you or your kids don't have the flu yet you will after leaving there.. It started when we asked the cashier while ordering about turning it up, she had to ask her manager, so we over hear the manager raising her voice at employee and telling her to tell us that when we come back up there, so we let her know we could definitely hear her and everyone else in there recording her behavior.. They should definitely consider another manager than so called "Bella" or who ever she really is that was working at 9:50 Saturday night at 1775 Jonesboro Rd.. Will never return ever again.....
