O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Georgia

This was my first time ever trying O'Charleys and it will be last (at the very least at this location). I ordered over $100 in food for curbside pickup. I noticed that they had forgotten the spinach and artichoke dip I ordered. They went back to make it and it took so long. Once I got home, I realized they had forgotten 2 other items. I tried calling multiple times to make a complaint and no one would answer the phone. Of course I am super upset that simple things like making sure a customer has all of their food before you bring it to them is not present at this restaurant. However, what really mad me upset is the quality of the food. For the prices of some of their meals, I would expect better quality. The spinach dip for $7.30 had too little dip (less than 10 teaspoons) and not many chips. Some of the cheese was not properly melted or there were some parts that were overcooked. The overall flavor was too salty. You could get these items from the store and it would cost less and taste better. The sandwich meal I had was also a disappointment. There were not many fries to fit with the proportion of the sandwich. The sandwich I had was also salty and the chicken was super dry that you have to drink water to wash down the food or else you will choke. Plus, it looks very different than how it was pictured. There was more meat than bread and coleslaw on the sandwich. Very overpriced and not worth the quality of food you will receive and the customer service is lackluster. I will call again tomorrow and then reach out to corporate during the week to make a complaint and to see what resolution can be reached from me not receiving all of the items...

I visited the O'Charley's location in Stockbridge, GA on 138 on June 10, 2021. I was highly disappointed. The waitress (Lisa) was very friendly and accommodating. This review is strictly about unappealing food. My appetizer arrived cold. The dish was warmish, but the food was cold. As soon as the spinach dip was sat down in front of me I knew that it was cold because the shaved cheese on top was not melted at all...it was just there. I overlooked that, and said to myself maybe it's just this one dish...nope, when the food arrived my salmon was cold and salty, again the dish was warm, but the food was not. The salmon looked as if it had been previously cooked and re-warmed when I order it. The seasoning had potential had it actually seasoned the salmon and not just placed on top of it. The macaroni and cheese also looked and tasted as if it was leftover from the previous day. My daughter also ordered the mac and cheese because she LOVES mac and cheese...needless to say she did not eat it. She actually told me that I should be making O'Charley's mac and cheese! The loaded baked potato was ok, it could have been great had it arrived to the table hot. The chicken tender meal that my brother ordered arrived to the table looking like a kids' meal! When the plate was sat down, I really thought it was my son's food until I remembered that he ordered the cheeseburger. He had no complaints about his food, but he's 7 and prefer his food more room temperature than hot. I guess for him that was ok, but the rest of us was highly disappointed in the subpar food that we received. I expected much more from...

My daughter and I came in 30 minutes before the rest of my party of 8 arrived. Asked the hostess for seating and my name and number in my party was taken down. About 20 min later when my rest of my party arrived I let the hostess know that we were ready to be seated. Mind you the place was less than 1/2 full so there was plenty of seating. She looked around and appeared to tell another lady that we needed seating. Neither of them came back to say anything to us. After about 10 minutes more of standing around waiting I asked the hostess if they had a place for us (knowing full well there was plenty of available seating in areas that were empty!) She pointed to a large table in the rear where another family was eating saying that we were waiting for them to finish! What! By this time I'm already upset...it's after 4 and I haven't eaten all day! I'm still upset as I write this. We waited 20 more minutes for someone to take our DRINK ORDERS and finally had to ask if someone would PLEASE bring some bread and drinks. (Guy who took drink orders never came back!) Someone finally came to take our food orders and that also took forever to come since we apparently had no designated server! I'm livid by this time, have a headache, and am not enjoying celebrating my niece's graduation, which is why we were there. After the unprofessional, tattooed manager came over and offered us no apology but a mere 10% off our checks (I tip more than that!) I was really done. It will be a cold day you know where before I ever spend my hard earned money in this establishment again. Think twice...
