On Friday 4/21/23 approximately 6pm I phoned in an order to the venue while shopping in Kroger next door. The woman that answered my call was very nice and considerate. She repeated my order back, advised it wound be $26.42 and would be ready in 10-15 mins. Great and wonderful I felt. (Order was for one large meat lovers with thick crust and cheesee bread.) upon entering the store I provided the young man at the counter my name and verbalized that I was picking up a pizza and cheese bread I had ordered. The young man said the total would be $26.42 (same as I was quoted whenever I submitted it). I handed him 2 $20s waited in my change. He gave me $3.58 back. I said I’m sorry young man , you shorted me $10. He appeared confused so I did the math for him. -bill was said to be$26.32, gave you $40, expect to get $13.58 in return. Again he opened the register and gave me the same $3,58 in change. I asked again and he now says the bill was $36.42 rather than what I was told. I took my items and mived to a table away from everyone. To look. at the menu to look up prices. Found I was not provided a receipt. Went back to counter and explained to another woman what happened and they gave some the receipt. Still short on $10. I showed them the total, kid said I gave him $30 which would justify the receipt yet later Increased the price to accommodate his change issue or wanting to make some side money. To sum it up. Multiple asks to resolve and failed each time. I did finally get the correct change and was able to leave. No apology given to me . I know these kids are young but they need to take ownership of issues and correct them vs having a customer feel as though they get or were getting scammed. Hope it gets better. Unacceptable tonight.

My daughter ordered off door dash a small pepperoni pizza and cinnamon squares. The pizza arrived with absolutely nothing on it hard crust that was burned. We called the store and spoke to a representative asking to have it remade and that we would come in and get it. The young lady transferred me to her manager Parker who came on the phone with an attitude immediately. I explained the same thing to him as I had already told the young lady. He said he couldn’t remake it without charging us even though I was bringing back the incorrectly made pizza . He stated the order came through with minus everything accept crust and if he remade it , it would be giving us a free pizza because of the toppings. Even though we were charged already $10.99 which is the price is a small pepperoni pizza. I felt offended at this point and politely asked for his name to do this review. I feel this will cost them more than compromising and remaking the pizza. No need to have an argumentative attitude towards a loyal customer over such a small fix. Needless to say I will never patronize this location again.

Been going here for a couple years... Yeah can get a little expensive if you don't use the coupons. Also randomly the service is not good. I usually get the extra large Works. It is absolutely loaded with toppings and is always delicious.

Been going here for a couple years... Yeah can get a little expensive if you don't use the coupons. Also randomly the service is not good. The other night I ordered well before closing and they had already turned the ovens off, and that has happened another time as well. Also i've had a couple of issues with delivery, like randomly being 10-20min late(like today),so I usually just carryout. But one thing i've never had trouble with is the food. I usually get the extra large Works. It is absolutely loaded with toppings and is always delicious.

I always enjoy marco's pizza. Placed my order this time online to feed the grands. While in route there, the email came saying my order was ready. I get there and to my surprise.I was told it was not and that I had to wait. I asked the young man checking me out was this some type of automated message?Because my order said ready. He very, unprofessionally, blew it off and was like I don't know. That was the only explanation he gave me. I stood around waiting for my order for about fifteen more minutes.When another gentleman came in for an order pickup the same young lady who checked for my order check for his order and told him it was not ready and that it would be about ten to fifteen minutes. The gentleman stated that that could not be right and as he was inquiring a coworker of the young lady said, check the hotbox. The young lady walked to check the hot box. She walked over to it and then immediately turned to me and said "Oh, i'm sorry" and pulled out my two pizzas. She also pulled out the gentleman's order as well. Of course, I was irritated and just took my pizzas and left. Please train your young people how to do their job and offer customer service. She was at the counter so she should have known to check the hot box and the young man who just said he didn't know did nothing to try to offer customer service or assist. I purposely order online so as not to have to wait. The food was to my expectations the customer service...

Ordered a delivery order by phone @ 5:31 had to call back @ 6:11 pizza hadn’t arrived person answered phone said it’s out for delivery never got it @ 6:27 return another phone call young lady looked it up and said it hadn’t never left the store and again it was now on the way, so @ 6:49 I call again pizza still hasn’t arrived the person answered the phone didn’t professional say Marco’s just we know longer taking any delivery orders I ask to speak to a manager he said we are busy how can I help you I ask was he a manager he said no but we are busy I can put you on hold and of course you know after 10 minutes I was done with being disrespected so I hung up and left home to retrieve my 9 year old something to eat and to my surprise my door bell rings @ 7:07 it’s Marco’s I answered through my ring doorbell and said we were no longer home I apologize and he just turned and walked away as well f he was annoyed imagine that!!! Marco’s not sure what has happened with this particular location, but for the last few months you have been horrible with taking correct orders and delivery I keep experiencing this with you on my last few orders, Domino’s sounds really good and that’s what we went to pick up and service was great!!!!!!
