This was not our first visit nor will it be our last but this visit was not the best we have had there. The service was on the mark. Very attentive and quick table service from our server Brandon. What made this visit just 3 stars was the meal off the specials menu. I had the St. Patty Mac and Cheese. The taste and consistency was good. A few issues with it. Bowl was cold. Served in a hot dish keeps the cheese from becoming solid. Most restaurants get this wrong. The cornbeef was in very chewy chunks and not very tender. Shredded would be better. More evenly dispersed with every bite. The cabbage was in leaves and not shredded. I had to cut the leaves. Fish tacos were perfect as were the nachos. My son ate both his cheese burger sliders and most of his fries. I think I will be sticking with the burgers for now on. I would recommend ABC to any tourist or local. Very kid friendly and no wait for the late lunch crowd. Update 3/1723 Went for lunch and a drink. Had an appetizer of homemade tots. Can't recommend them. Not cooked enough so maybe I had a bad batch. I sides were too soft and not cooked all the way. Outside was brown and crunchy. Would be paired better with cheese sauce instead of the dressing. Service was on point.

I finally just decided to try give this place a try. It’s one of my parent’s favorite places to eat in town, so I figured I’d give it a shot. The food came out hot and fresh. It honestly wasn’t bad food thus why I didn’t rate it too horribly. Harrisburger chicken sandwich, my boyfriend LOVED it! He said the next time he’s craving a grilled chicken sandwich, this is his new favorite place. Fried chicken sandwich- I was not impressed. The description lead me to believe that it would be crunchy, (“Buttermilk marinated fried crispy chicken breast”) which there was nothing crunchy about it. It was basically the sandwich mentioned above with a small coating of flour and seasoning on it that tasted like it was baked in the microwave. When you’re expecting a crunchy chicken sandwich and you get a soggy one, it kind of ruins it. The taste of the sandwich was alright, the seasoning was good and the chicken tasted fresh. The fries were delicious. Tater tots- they were very unique. I wouldn’t order them again, but it was fun to try something new. If they had something else I liked I might try this place again. Their bacon was yummy, I’m pretty sure they could make an awesome blt if they tried.

Nice access from the upper strip in Gettysburg, so an easy and convenient place to swing in for dinner. The live music makes for a great atmosphere and is surly one of the more livlier locations to grab a few drinks that I found within Gettysburg. The food was 10/10 and drink selection was pretty incredible. Prices were reasonable. Seating options indoor and outdoor which makes it nice, and you can purchase some of the brews to go, which is nice in a state that has weird laws regarding where you can buy beer at. Service was mediocre, pretty much served, refilled drinks when they went by, and took the check, which was somewhat disappointing as an upbeat server is always the key in a brewing company. Hopefully it was just an off night. Wish they had more Tv's as I was hoping to catch the games but TVs were selective to a certain area in the restaurant, which meant you couldn't get a great view from everywhere. It's usually crowded so choosing ideal seating isn't always an option. Nonetheless, great place to eat and drink. Recommend and will return.

My friend and I were visiting the attractions around Gettysburg, PA and decided to visit the Appalachian Brewing Company for dinner. We sat at the bar and inquired about tasting a couple of their signature beers on tap which the waiter happily provided. I decided on their Water Gap Wheat, an unfiltered ale, which was likened to a mixture between a Shock Top and Blue Moon Belgian White (both of which are in my top favorite tasting beers). We then each ordered a Mojito Crush from the 'daily specials' menu, got some food to go and finished our visit in their outdoor area. The outdoor seating area with benches and fire pits that can be lit at night as well as an outdoor ordering window if you choose to sit out instead of going in. It is also worth noting the Appalachian Brewing Company is an official stop on what's called, the Adams County Pour Tour. This place is a little gem in Gettysburg, PA worth visiting.

Our server Matt was very attentive and hospitable. The atmosphere is well-lit, relaxing, and friendly. The inside temperature was comfortable which I appreciate since I usually freeze indoors. There are pleasant options to eat outside. The greens in my Cosado Bowl were delicious. I do not like brussel sprouts, but since the veggies were shredded and mixed together, I couldn't taste them. The flavor was tastful, however, too light. After my leftovers sat, the seasonings absorbed into the food more, and it tasted more flavorful. All in all, we had a great Father's Day experience. The kids loved their Mac and Cheese and house made sodas. There are a lot of spicy choices on the menu. Picky eaters may not have many options, but there is a little something for everyone. The burgers tend to be a hit. The Yurt Burger is a family favorite.

Driving all the way from Hampton Roads, VA to do some contract work at the Best Western next door; this was the first place we visited after checking into the hotel. We walked in an hour or so before their normal closing time, but they stayed open later for Super Bowl Sunday. Service was above and beyond excellent! Professional yet friendly and knowledgeable staff made the experience that much better. Loved the beer (had the Susquehanna American Stout) and my food was delicious (ordered a giant soft pretzel app). Ended up buying a six pack of another local beer to go, but don't exactly remember the name of it atm. Also got 6 of the beer flight glasses to take home. Overall experience was one of, if not the best restaurant outings I've ever had. Thank you!
