Less than a one. Horrible customer service. Savannah Krucko who is suppose to be the general manager. Called the police to have me trespassed for inquiring about food looking old, dry, and brown rice was clumpy. When I noticed how she was so curt with me as compared to her demeanor with others patrons. I did ask her about that. She throw my cold side items in my bag, but placed the other customers in their bags nicely. Wanting to get fresh food is that what upset her. I noticed the difference once I asked and waited btw for the fresher beans quietly. I did not raise my voice. I was not belligerent during the discussion. She was dismissive and kept telling me to have a nice day when I tried addressing it. She also told me she did not have to serve me, after I had already paid for my food. That triggered something.in me, just as she did not have to serve me. I did not have to spend my money there. When I came back minutes later for a refund for the food I had not touched. She told me "I am not giving you anything you need to leave". I asked again for a refund she said "take the ten dollar loss". 'Take it up with corporate". Again I asked for a refund. She said she was calling security and did. As I listened while she exaggerated the situation. The security office told her to call police. She did. I waited outside for their arrival because I knew I had not done anything unlawful despite Savannah Krucko's attempts to portray a scenario that depicted criminal activity in the process. It is absurd that she thought I was ever ever going to come back here. Not necessary to trespass me. Police asked for identification but I had not broken any laws and refused. It is unlawful for police to ask for identification if they can not site a law you have broken. I came to purchase food what law did I break. I left, but her behavior was nothing less than diabolical and obscene at best. She was smiling and gloating as she called police spewing her exaggerated story of what was really going on. Read moreI ordered a chicken salad online, with extra protein, cheese, fajita veggies and fresh tomato salsa. I got there 6 minutes after I got the notification that my food was ready. When I got to the window they couldn't find my order and said it wasn't ready yet, but they were making it right then. 15 minutes later I waved down the same employee who had told me it was being made. I asked him what the problem was. He went to the line, I don't know if he made my salad or not. When he brought it to me I took the top off to check (I have had many bad experiences with drive-through orders). I could smell the oregano before I got the top off the container. They had dumped at least three tablespoons of dry oregano on top of my salad. I asked him to take it and get it made again without the oregano and he said that the oregano was part of the fajita veggies and they all come that way. I get this salad often and I know that is incorrect. I showed him that it was dry on top of the salad. He said, "It's not my problem, I just work here" and walked away. Why would they ruin someone's food? I paid when I ordered online and gave them a tip. I took pictures of the mess then I took all the veggies off the top. There was still so much oregano on top of the cheese and the rest of the salad that it was mostly inedible. Why do they even offer phone-in or online or app ordering if they ignore those customers and only serve the walk-in customers? Read moreThe Atmosphere is dull and grey. The restaurant itself is extremely dirty and unkept. The flat tip grill is charred completely black with leftover food not scraped off or cleaned and will be used for another set of food when preparing or cleaning.
The employees don't clean anything unless asked and reluctantly do so. There is no sense of management around or structure. The employees interact with guests just enough to get the order made but make no further effort past that. Ultimately can make you feel like your bothering them or intruding in their conversations.
All tables and counters are littered with trash, stains, and leftover food and debris. The floors are littered with trash, food, and stains, and debris. The restaurant smells like old milk and dirty mop water. When you order food and when they slide it down the counter as you ask what's to be put into your order, it is skid across all the old food and stains and liquids that are uncleaned from the counter.
The actual food itself is what to be expected of Chipotle. Some of the meats needed to be tossed or turned to remix everything as a film developed over them, probably to be expected after sitting for awhile. The drink stand and counter is unkept and dirty. Some of the spigots are broken and spray liquid everywhere.
I've been to Chipotle's before but never one in this condition and state. As a personal opinion I will never return to this particular restaurant.
