It's Boba Time- Glendale Marketplace — Restaurant in Glendale

Best boba I’ve ever had!! I’m a boba feen and I decided to check this place out. I Parked across the street in the parking structure on Maryland Street which is 90 minutes free parking. This place is small but full of amazing things such as pastries, macaroons, tiramisu and I even saw people walking out with paper bowls of fries... yes fries! And it looked so delicious and crispy. But I wasn’t hungry and decided to stick to picking a boba. At the register they have all the options and I seriously wanted to try them all!! But one thing caught my eye which was new in their menu which was the Butterfly Pea Lemonade with boba. It looked like a purple heaven in a cup. I placed the order and waited. As I waited I saw the workers work in the kitchen. Everyone was very concentrated and very focused and they worked super fast to get all the orders out in a hurry. It looked a fun dance to watch. Few minutes later my purple heaven was made and wow it was incredible! I had never had butterfly pea tea before. I loved it! It was very refreshing and the lemonade added that citrus taste. I want to rate this place higher because it would be really great for it to be better, but it just isn't. The black milk tea is good, and the boba is of a good quality, but everything else I've had has had some sort of mistake or off taste. Examples include- cheesecake having what I can only assume was paper baked into it, or something similar. Every bite had a not quite food texture. The chicken is alright. Nothing great, but nothing bad. But half of my drinks have not been sealed properly, and led to a leak or disaster in my car, which is frustrating. Ill go here again for convenience- it's the closest boba joint to where I live. But I probably won't be straying past their normal black tea. PS I don't recommended the strawberry matcha milk tea. I stopped by this It's Boba Time today after completing my certification test nearby. I wanted to celebrate since I passed so I was craving a green apple slush. I walk by this Boba store many times but never stop by until now. When I walked inside, they were not busy at all so I went straight to the kiosk to put in my order. The process is simple and I didn't get charged tax at all. It didn't take long for my drink to come out and it was delicious. The drink was done just right where it wasn't too sweet or plain so I enjoyed my drink.
