If i could this location a ZERO then i would!!! The have attempted to go to this location 3-4 times in the last 3 months and have gotten the same EXTREMELY RUDE/ Lack of professionalism and do NOT know what "customer service" means!! As far as my experience last night .... I placed order online for a dinner for my husband and i, for me to pick up at 8:30pm (they are supposed to close at 9pm). I got there at 8:45pm (because stuck in traffic coming back from Nashville after the tornados and storm we had. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and the woman comes on the speaker and only says "we closed". I said "i have an online order to pick up". She said "we dont got no orders and we closed". I said "you are still supposed to be open and it let me place this order. I have email confirmation that you received the order plus you charged my card for the almost $42 worth of food, so then i demand a refund". She rudely said " we closed and we dont give refunds" and she was refusing any kind of assistance i asked for manager but no response!! I pulled off upset, but then pulled right back and asked for the manager. She said "i am the manager." I had to ask 3 times for managers name, and with haggling and laughter in the back ground she said "Denny" and chuckled too. I dont believe thats her name anyway. After that I went to White House location and got my dinner i give the manager there that was working FIVE stars because she was very friendly and offered me info to contact higher up!! For the fact that whomever is the franchisee sees fit to let the staffing get this low for an evening rush says volumes about their ownership and management, in a bad way. We received our food, our time in the restaurant was too long and the only warm food was from the fryer that we watched the single employee up front fill and empty as we waited. Our burgers were not warm enough to melt their cheese, and it's no wonder why, and while I give the local environment a pass, I do NOT give one to ownership and management. Kudos to those employees for keeping at it. The cook came off the line and took my order, the lone up front employee had the ENTIRE front by themselves: restaurant, drive through, fryer, taking, pulling and making the orders. It's a wonder they are getting any repeat business. Again these two employees were fine and I won't fault them one bit, boo on Hardee's for allowing their store to be run like this.
