Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Grand Ledge

Unfortunately my family likes the food. The service is painful to deal with EACH & EVERY TIME. After so many wrong orders & missing items being delivered, I thought i would make it easy for all of us if I just went & picked the pizza's up.... NOPE. I got there, after ordering over the phone, to find my meal order was lost. They took my order again, made me pay, then I waited. After a woman took my order a second time while I waited, it finally was handed to me AND THEN I WAS ASKED TO PAY AGAIN. I told them the young girl had already made me pay. The young girl said nothing when they asked to see the receipt. I told them i was not given a receipt. It was an absolute mess. Will i eat there again? yes. The food is good. Do I cringe and feel instant pain when my family asks me to order from there?...

Just ordered food. They delivered pizza, but not my 2 liter.

I called up to the restaurant and the manager told me that she couldn’t guarantee it would be redelivered but she offered a credit.

I told her that was unacceptable and it should be relievered. She told me she uses door dash and it’s out of her control. She hung up on me.

So I called back and asked for the store managers name and number and the number to corporate.

She told me she couldn’t give out any personal information.

I asked her “Is the name and number to composers “personal information”? How about the name of the franchisee?

She said she didn’t know, so I knew she felt caught with her pants down. When I told her I wasn’t in the mood for games, she...

Update 3/3/2025 I've really been hoping it's been a fluke, maybe even new employees. But the quality control has really gone downhill. Not one of the pizzas I've ordered in the last month has had the flavored crust I ordered, which really makes the pizza. I'm very disappointed in the lack of care shown lately. Hopefully they'll make it back to the quality I expect, but until that's shown I'll be going to Dominos for my lazy dinner nights.
