Subway — Restaurant in Grand Ledge

Went here for lunch. While I am at work. They’re out of a lot. An the lady behind the counter was super careless. Then I order a fountain drink an the ice machine isn’t working. She could have said that to me. Before I purchased the fountain drink. Then I ordered 6 cookies. Get back to work to have my lunch. An there’s only 4 cookies. An my sun wasn’t good at all. The cheese was wet looking. An slimy. I couldn’t even eat it. Spent 20 bucks an wasn’t impressed at all. My bag of chips was all the seasoning dust that goes on the chips not at good experience by any means. Mean while I was calling the store to check an maybe I could have been wrong. There is that time or two where they don’t always hear ur whole order an that’s fine we’re all human. But when I walked back into the store while on the phone. The now 2 ladies. Didn’t great me they were listening to the phone just ring and ring and ring. Then as I wake up to the counter she looks at me an picks the phone up. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I then hang up the phone cuz clearly I have her attention now. A she is telling me there n the bag. No ma’am 6 cookies is what I ordered an only got 4. I just wanna make sure I wasn’t charged for something I didn’t receive is all. Very sad about my experience there 🤦🏼‍♀️ not sure that I’ll return. I wanted to treat my boyfriend to sandwiches tonight and did so around 8:20 we both got footlongs and the one man helping us was very kind and gave me reccomendations on sauses that pair well with my sandwich. The other man however saw an elderly couple walk in and let out the hugest sigh in front of my boyfriend and I and eye rolled. I understand food work is awful I did my time but never did I make customers feel like an inconvenience. He was so huffy and moody for the rest of making my sandwich I was too anxious to ask he add another veggie on. I did not tip as I usually do because of the service and he was very moody about that as well making faces when I put all the money back in my wallet. Just got two sandwich’s from this subway at the drive through. Pulled up and they were out of salads and bbq sauce they should have posted it and advertised that they were out of bbq sauce since it was posted that they had it and had it posted that they were out of other things. asked for sweet onion sauce on my sub they barely put one tiny squirt on it couldn’t even taste it. The sub didn’t have a sticker on it and the end was sticking out. And to top it off the sub wasn’t cut in half. Customer service wasn’t the greatest and I’m pretty sure they didn’t run my rewards card. Didn’t get a reciept to be able to know who helped me or if they ran my rewards card... not happy at all considering I am a manager at subway and would never let this kind of quality sandwich...
