This soup is salty. Ive had this so u many times here and am not a fan of the service but needed to stay en route to IKEA so I chose not to eat elsewhere. The soup is very high in salt my feet began to swell while consuming. I will not be returning. When I sit down in a restaurant I expect to pay after I rack up a bill. Having to pay before I sit, not gonna work. Now I dont want to order more. There is no table service here because once you order, you are on your own. Went to use the restroom and the paper towels serve as toilet paper AND currently reside on the bathroom floor. Only reason I wont leave is because I am on time restraint Will not return. EVER. PHO 75 has better soup and service.

I love the pho pretty consistent but yall gotta stop slacking just cus you assume the customer don’t know no better . Stop throwing stuff together with no effort or care because I will no longer be ordering a summer roll if yall gonna keep just not caring about the fact that half the ingredients aren’t included and the roll stay flick’ded. Look at it! All i did was open the container now why would yall sale me this mess

Overall pretty good . The service was quick and the staff were really nice. I had a large #3 and a hot coffee. Coffee was good. Nonetheless, I was impressed with this place, especially for the price you pay like at any other Pho place. Definitely would recommend coming here for a quick bite.

I came to this location today for the first time for me and my coworker. Initially the lady taking my order greeted me with a hello. She wasn’t too much informative but either way she assisted with taking my order. Upon her bringing me my order I asked if I can have a container so I can put some sauce in it to go. She proceeds to tell me it usually costs but she’ll give it to me this time. You guys she brought me out a 4 oz container. I proceeded to go up and ask for another one and she then decided to go back and forth with me about paying extra for #1 sauce that’s already on the table and available to anyone & #2 it’s a 4 oz container. She eventually gives it to me and I thanked her but I will NOT be back. I spent $40 and couldn’t even get sauce to go that’s on the table...

"I'm extremely disappointed in my experience at this Vietnamese restaurant. Given my familiarity with authentic Vietnamese cuisine, I was shocked by the subpar offerings.

The water served with ice was unfiltered, coming straight from the sink used for washing dishes - a major red flag.

Condiments like chili sauce weren't readily available; I had to ask, and the portion provided was tiny.

The pho lacked flavor and love, possibly due to the non-Vietnamese kitchen staff. The broth cooled quickly, and topping portions were small.

Customer service was lacking, and the cramped, disorganized dining area didn't help.

Overall, I'd give it 4/10. The experience was unpleasant, and I won't...
