I came in to get a shaper after my surgery I stated that I wanted the same one I had on without checking the one I had one she picked it from a book charged me 150.00$ and when I came to pick it up and tried it on it wasn’t the same one I told her this wasn’t going to work for me so she suggested sending it back and getting one from the store I needed a shaper at the moment so I tried on one she suggested I kept it on and when I got home my massage lady told me this shaper wasn’t compressing abdomen or tights I brought it back next day and she refuse to take it back or help me get another one I’ve been to this store 4 times altogether it’s been a waste of money and a waste of time I’m now out $150.00 and the shaper WORST PLACE...

Not impressed with the service I have received in regards to exchanging the new and unused faja I bought two weeks ago. I was told I just need my receipt for exchange upon buying the item now I’m being told by Cece that I must have receipt, bag, and tag in order to do an exchange which I already communicated that I misplaced all but the receipt. I now know not to buy anything from this location and will tell others to stay clear. Everything’s laughs and giggles when your in store and buying but once you leave and need an exchange your given unnecessary rudeness and 0 compassion....

Recovering from a TT and this store was highly recommended for a faja. I was measured, and provided with 3 to chose from and descriptions for each. I was skeptical about the fit and the sales person gave me detailed instructions on how to get into it. Also instructions on the care of my faja and how to get alterations when it gets to big. Highly recommend this store...especially if you’re recovering from any type of plastic surgery...
