Preface this review with the store is new, understaffed and over worked because it's new. I expect my experience will not be the same in a few months. I tried panda express on Saturday. Tried to order through the app but online ordering had been disabled. Decided to go to the drive thru instead. Food ordering was fast and easy. Get to the pickup window they hand me a bag with 1 large plate box and my receipt. The receipt reads correctly but I had ordered 2 larger plates. I state this and the person at the window hands me another box. This is where I fail to check the contents of the boxes. I drive home and then check the food. Not even close to what I ordered. They gave me 2 large plate orders and they contained not the items I ordered. I choose to drive back to the store to see if I can get the correct order since the receipt was correct. I attempted to enter the lobby before noticing it was closed because of the aforementioned staff shortage. Now I wait in a 12 car line to reach the speaker again where they state they have my correct order there. I get to the window and get 2 of the larger plate boxes and 3 small containers. I check the boxes and all the food is there minus the sweet sour sauce they have forgotten in both bags. By the time I was able to consume the food I ordered about an hour after I pulled into the drive thru needless to say the food was cold. I was told to keep the wrong order. Likely for obvious health issues. The food itself was about what was expected just cold. I will likely wait several months before trying them again and hope these issues are...
Read moreToday 8/10/2025 After leaving The Home Depot Made a last minute decision to stop here instead of Popeyes Went through the drive-thru instead of going in (first time ever doing that for a Panda Express) The dude working the window was a very pleasant & polite person We carried on a convo about his day while we waited on our food I’m so glad that they weren’t like a McDonald’s(telling me to please pull over there) He was very patient with us because we didn’t know about some items being an upcharge (don’t remember seeing it on the screen anywhere until the our food was being rung up on the screen) He asked if we wanted sauces and I asked what were them and he told me the for sauces I couldn’t make up my mind so I asked could we have one of each and he hooked us up with about a handful of all 4 We get down to the Circle K to go in and get fountain drinks and when I came back out my GMom was Livid I asked what was wrong and she was going on and on about how we didn’t get our third items I asked her for the receipt while she checked the bag I said we need to go back to get them and she calmed down and said that we didn’t because what happened was our boxes didn’t have enough room for the third items & got put in some tiny red square boxes If I had to make a suggestion to the company/manage(s)/employee(s) is that if you’re going to put entries in the box, please use some wax/parchment paper to contain the juices as our third items juices was leaking out of the crevices of the boxes making a...
Read moreMy family and I used to love Panda Express. However we kind of feel like it's been going downhill the last couple of years and this location is the worst! Charge all that money for a bowl that wasn't close to full and shorter us spring rolls. My wife drove back up there to ask for the missing items and to remake her bowl and the girl working said she can't do that. My wife explained she didn't want more food added to the bowl she was given because she knew that was against Servsafe practices. She said here it is you can throw it away or whatever please make me a new one with a more correct amount of food in it. And the girl just wanted to argue with her and I promise we almost never complain, we're not a couple of Ken and Karen's. So then my wife calmly asked for a refund instead. Finally a manager appears and asks what is going on. My wife explains. She opens the bag and agrees that the bowl was not nearly full of enough food and offers to remake it but my wife who is hangry at this point just asks for a refund. Which we did receive.
