Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Greensboro

My orders are never correct. I am tired of paying for bacon 🥓 and never receiving bacon. The food is good but the attention to detail (Example: like reading the additional comments for the customization of the sub, ie; Toasted and with Bacon and onions). I don’t think I will be ordering again anytime soon. I may have to order Jersey Mikes of something else. Not happy at all. Please take your time and pay attention to peoples orders.

3/31/25 Have to add dates and more to this review because they won’t allow me to add additional reviews. The last two times both within this week have been wrong. Ask for toasted, it comes not toasted, ask for cut in half, not cut in half, ask for onions, of course no onions. Today was the last straw for this location. Apparently they do not care about their customers. I like the food! Just not the service!! Goodbye Jimmy John’s on Battleground. This was my first time ever trying Jimmy John's. My husband swore by the taste! I was expecting something spectacular. To my taste it was a basic sub sandwich. I also perfer a hot sub over a cold one. One problem I had was ordering online. I order 95% of my items online so, the online experience is important to me. The problem I had with Jimmy John's online ordering was that it told me it will notify me when my order was done. It never did. I finally got fustrated after over an hour of placing my order and not receiving notification about my order being ready. I arrive at the store to see what was going on and my order had been sitting there the whole time. Okay!! So that was a problem for me since I really needed it by a certain time frame. I came here 9/26/24 at 11 am on the dot. I ordered a number 12 with some modifications. The food was fine. But the service is greatly lacking. For context i know exactly how this restaurant works and how the staff is to present themselves take orders etc because i used to be a PCM at another location. The staff here were all giving me dagger eyes unlike anywhere i have ever been. And with each modification i could tell i was being a bother, as shown by throwing the mayo scoop into the bin and actually huffing with each modification. It wouldn’t kill these workers to smile and take pride in what they are doing. If i acted like they did when i worked for JJ i would’ve had several conversations with management.
