What a mess. The ordering process at lunchtime was confusing, inefficient and could lead to potentially dangerous results.
We were a party of four and ordered at the same time, but initially only the first of our four sandwiches came up. While the other three were waiting, the staff kept handing orders to those that were well after us. Burger after burger after burger.
When prompted, the folks behind the counter informed me that they had to wait for our entire order to be complete before they could give us the other three sandwiches. (Turns out they mis-typed our group order as individual and once they fixed it at the point of sale, the first burger was in-flight)
When we finally got the three sandwiches, the worker explained which was meatless and which was regular, "Veggie, veggie, beef." She said, going from right to left.
We proceeded to go to a table near by and open our sandwiches. Me, not ever having been to Social Burger, didn't know the visual difference between their veggie and beef, proceeded to take a bite of my should-have-been-beef burger. It was veggie.
My co-worker, who does not eat meat, was given my burger and now was faced with having no lunch since the boss just took a chunk out of her sandwich.
I went back to patiently explain our frustration and waited for them to make another veggie burger so she could eat. While waiting I witnessed at least three other similar instances of orders being shouted out and comically people who had been waiting longer kept getting skipped.
Anyway, please figure out a way to mark the boxes with order numbers and a simple abbreviation of what's in them will go a long way.
It might be more operationally efficient to have the cook removed from the frontline, but there should be a simple intermediate step whereby someone can check the orders, visually verify and intercede if things...

A summation of our experience: Ordered online and was informed that our order would be ready at a designated time: It was not and we had to wait about 10 mins. The order we picked up was wrong. Needed to go back and try to rectify which is incomprehensible since we ordered online. Now at this point, if the food was really good, then I would ignore the above. However the food was awful: Fries were underdone, the "Spicy Chicken Sandwich" was tough and overcooked. and the hamburger as sloppy/tasteless. NOTE: A hamburger with fries, and said chicken sandwich cost $25! I'm guessing that since they have a nice location, they are planning to be a tourist trap and not too concerned about returning customers. I'll never go back. Really...

It was 6:30pm and we ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries to go and tipped as well at checkout. 30mins later we finally received our order and walked back to our hotel, 5 min walk away. When we opened our boxes we were missing an order of fries AND the order we had was very stale like as though it had been sitting awhile. The burgers were amazing! Long story, short we would not have tiped as we did due to the time it took to receive the order and the missing fries.
