I have been such a good customer to this specific location for so long. I usually order through bite squad and get it delivered because my work schedule is so demanding. About two weeks ago they messed up my order and gave me the completely wrong order. I got a REGULAR roasted pork plate with chicken added. I called the manager Chris and he was very sorry about it and told me he would replace it when ever I am ready. Fast forward to yesterday 6/20/18, I called up there ready to get my replacement meal and a woman picks up and with the worst attitude ever tells me "Chris is not here and he wont be back till tomorrow so you can get it then" and hung up in my face. I called Chris this morning 6/21/18 to let him know what happened and he was so nice about it. I then called him about 12:30 to see if I can go head and get someone to pick up the food for me that he is willing to replace himself. He agreed very nicely. As the person I sent to pick it up gets there she messages me telling me he was very rude to her and told her that my food has already been picked up!!!! She had to deal with his nasty attitude as well. He finally replaces it and when it gets back to me ITS STILL WRONG!!! After I specifically told him TWICE what I wanted. I will never go back to this location or spend my money at this location. I do have the district managers number who's name is Adrian and I will be giving him a call. I tried to allow Chris to fix it and he is just as worst as the girl that hung up on me. Every time I turn around they are messing up someones order. Read moreOur experience was... interesting but at least the food tasted great! I placed the online order around 4:30 for a 5:40 pickup time. I told my husband about it immediately and he wanted to change something on our order so he called this location to see about changing it. We ordered a family meal and I originally substituted for half steak (an $8 upcharge). When he called and asked to take off the $8 charge and just do chicken, the woman on the phone said she couldn’t change it because I’d already paid online. That was fine, not a big deal. Steak is good. He could hear the woman talking to a man in the background. When my husband went to pick up the food, there was a weird confrontation/exchange between my husband and the chef(?). My husband said “So we got the steak right?” The cashier went through the bags with my husband and they gave us 2 chicken boxes instead of the 1 chicken and 1 steak. So basically we paid an $8 upcharge for steak and they didn’t know how to refund it, so just made us chicken instead. The chef guy said “Well you said you didn’t want chicken.” And my husband said “but if I’m paying for it, I mean, I want it..” So the chef cooked him up some steak.
I think it was a miscommunication, but had my husband not checked the order, we would’ve paid $8 more than we should’ve. Not sure how the woman on the phone telling my husband she couldn’t change the order led to the cook...
Read moreThe feel of this place reminds me of Mediterranean Street Food plus extra. I would say that they do offer an healthy alternative at a reasonable price. Additionally, I would say that they also offer some not so healthy alternative. This was the option that I opted for. The Cuban sandwich. I was not expecting such a massive sandwich. I would say that it is enough for two people. As such, the portion size provides plenty opportunity for one to overeat. And, I did over eat. Haha. The sandwich was very good and I have zero control when it comes to food. I paired the sandwich with their mustard/curry-ish sauce. This sauce added oomph to the sandwich itself. I also had a side of plantains. It was OK. I've had much better platains. I cannot speak to any other food option but the marketing team did a fine job to make the pictures look good. You can go here if you want something quick, and are tired of the chain fast food restaurants. Bathroom was clean. One thing I thought to be cool is that they had an automated, used for digital advertising, hand sanitizer. Unfortunately, they were out and refill is done by a 3rd party.
