5 Stars – One of the Coolest Spots Around! Holy Mōlli Mexican Fusion is hands down one of the best discoveries I've made in a long time. The vibe here is just unreal—as soon as you walk in, it hits you. That perfect mix of laid-back and lively, where you instantly feel like hanging out for hours. Whether you're on a date, catching up with friends, or just grabbing a bite solo, this place just works. The food? Phenomenal. They’ve taken classic Mexican flavors and added this wild, creative twist that totally works. Everything we tried was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented—and the best part is, it won’t break the bank. It’s honestly hard to pick a favorite item because the whole menu is stacked with winners. What really put it over the top for me, though, was the staff. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, like they were genuinely happy you were there. Plus, they really know their stuff—when we had questions about the menu, they gave great recommendations and knew all the details about each dish, which made choosing so much easier. Bottom line: if you’re anywhere near this place, go. Seriously. It’s got everything you’d want—awesome food, cool atmosphere, fair prices, and a team that clearly cares. I’ll definitely be coming back... probably sooner than I should!

Went for the $5.99 nacho Thursday. I ended up spending $12 because the tiniest scoop of queso (which I found out was very watery) and guacamole were around $2.50 EACH. I never would have thought to ask if queso was extra on nachos. I did ask about the guacamole and the guy making my order mumbled something I couldn't hear so I just went with it. I couldn't hear anything he said when I asked what a couple different items on the build your own line were. The portion size is small and the cashier accidentally rang it up without the Thursday special - they would normally charge $20 for this plate of nachos. He corrected it quickly when I brought up that he hadn't given me the day's special pricing. I had about a 5 min walk to get to where I ate these and they were cold. The meat and everything was cold. The only positive thing I can say is that the cochinita tasted good and was pleasantly spicy.

I have been here in the past and it was pretty decent. In the last year, something must have changed because the service and food was awful today. The worst part today was the countless times I had to repeat my order to multiple employees. I got to the point I could not even order for myself because I repeated it SO many times so I walked away and my husband had to deal with it. Eventually it ended up being mostly right (although it still had lettuce I never asked for). The quesadilla was basically a slightly warmed tortilla with minimal cheese. They do put a good amount of meat. They don’t have a drink fountain which isn’t the end of the world but is inconvenient. Also, the bathrooms are locked and you need a code. Talking to employees is difficult so good luck if you need to potty. I brought my mom here for the first time and am so embarrassed I recommended going here.

BEST DEAL DOWNTOWN! I go here often on Taco Tuesdays for 3 tacos for $4.99 (or $6.99 for premium meats). The food--Mexican fusion--is very good. There is a large menu of tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and Mexican "sushi," as well as a large number of vegetable toppings that can be added to your order like most Southwest restaurants. The staff is friendly.

Previously, I have ordered a birria (beef pot roast) quesadilla and a steak "sushi" to go. Be aware that the quesadillas here are prepared a bit differently than most Mexican places. The cheese is placed on the tortilla and lightly grilled on the bottom side, then removed from the heat, additional toppings added, then folded over but not returned to the grill. To me, the result is more like an unrolled burrito, but it was still very good. The birria was flavorful and tender.

The steak "sushi" was prepared freshly in front of me. It featured tender, cooked steak rolled up with rice, cream cheese, cucumber, and a sauce. The uniqueness of this creation gave me plenty of reason to return in the future. I especially loved the freshly toasted Panko bread crumbs that finished the dish and the assortment of mole sauces available.

BE PATIENT WHILE ORDERING! It is always a bit difficult to order (the staff speaks broken English and the music is always loud). It doesn't help that I have hearing...

the food here is really good. love the tues special with 3tacos for 4.99. the service sucks and its one guy that makes it really bad. this was my second time being serviced by him and his draining, negative, rude and poor attitude. he seems to work closing hours a lot. has dark hair with glasses. first time visiting it was about 35mins until closing. the lady asked for here or to go, we said here, she says ok and begins to make the food. he comes around the corner speaking in Spanish and she says sorry we're closed so you have to take it to go or eat outside. 😒 so i speak to him and say you close at 9 right ? ...we have like 30mins. he says yeah but we close at 9 so we start closing now. we took our food to go and went across the street and ate it at the vine jerky bar. i really wanted to decline but we had already started ordering so i didn't want to be rude and leave the food with the nice lady who had already started preparing it. visited today again, 7/11/23 at approximately 6:33 pm and this same guy was at the cash register and rude again. he just hands me my bag and looks away. no thank you, have a nice day, or anything. IF i ever visit here again i'll be sure that's it early in the day when he's possibly not working. and if he is, i'll...
