From the time that I entered the line at the drive-thru through the time that I received my food at the window was 14 minutes. I drove the 2 minutes back to my job. And then opened the container to find that I only received 9 of the 10 wings that I paid for. I called the restaurant to see what their solution was and maybe I could revisit them on another day. But the cashier told me that he was not allowed to give me his name over the phone so that I would know who I had spoken too. Odd. So I drove the 2 minutes back to the "restaurant". This time I went inside. I handed over my bagged container to the cashier that I had spoken to on the phone. He then handed the container over to a female that was bagging up the orders. The female then loudly broadcast to the 8+ member crew in the back that I wanted my "One Wing". The crew laughed. I wasn't amused at this point. She then took my container to the back kitchen area, out of sight. She returns and hands me my bagged container, I thanked her and then I left. I get into my car. I open the container to find the 9 original (now cold) wings and one horribly overcooked, dried, unsauced wing. Read moreOrdered online for a pickup at the drive thru, As stated on receipt. I told the lady at the window my name and I had an online order to pick up. When I got home, I had someone in the drive thru's order. I tried to call, Their number rings about 20 times and hangs up. I go back there and go inside to explain the situation. My bag is still sitting on the counter taped up with my name on it. The drive thru lady says It was my fault for not coming in. I said, Look at the ticket, It clearly says drive thru and I mentioned that at the window. She screams out WHAT EVVAHH with a store full of folks. There was no offer to redo my order. I have an order that has been sitting outside for well over an hour. I will not eat it and take a chance on getting sick. I did call corporate and let them know how the store is being operated as the Owner has no phone listed and the Manager doesn't answer the phone at said location. My last 2 Door dash orders were missing food as well and some one else's order. I will never visit this location again. Read moreI have revised my original review since this location has disappointed me for my past 6 visits. The food is still fine, but the service is horrible. On my previous two visits the drive-thru line was long and not moving at all. I ended up leaving the line to go to another location.
On this visit (my final to this location) I thought I'd be clever and order ahead curbside to skip the drive thru line. Even with that I still waited in the assigned pick up spot for 25 minutes after arriving at the time my food was supposed to be ready. When an employee brought another customer their curbside order, she started to walk back in the store without even acknowledging me. I politely asked if my food would be ready soon and sounding annoyed told me "Yea...we're cooking it". When I finally did get my food, there was no acknowledgement or apology for my long wait. Actually, if I wouldn't have said "Thank you ma'am" to her, she would have walked away without a word.
