I love Crumbl. The cookies are baked fresh with love and care throughout the day. They feature a different groups of cookies every month and they are all delicious. There is a cookie for everyone. You can order online for quick and easy pick-up or delivery. You can buy 1 cookie or as many as you want. I usually buy the 4 pack if it's just my husband and I or if the kids are coming over I get a 6 pack and the you more you buy the better the deal. If you have a sweet tooth like me you'll love Crumbl.
New Review 7/30 I just want to add to my review I still love Crumbl but I ordered a gift for delivery today for some people thanking them and then the order and the route the delivery person was taking popped up on my phone on my Crumbl App and said any questions call so I called because the route was the wrong way on the map. The young man who answered the phone didn't want to be bothered and said that door dash does the deliveries and he's sure they'll figure it out and they'll call me when they get lost. I told him they just need to go the other way and down a different street and they will get to the right side of the street. He kept making up excuses and I said they haven't even picked up my delivery yet because I just placed it. He finally looked and said oh OK, well they'll call you if they get lost. I laughed and said sure, OK, I guess there was no point In me calling you then right, because you have no customer service skills and are not willing to help me and because you are making up excuse after excuse to get off the phone with me. So after I get the call from the driver and things didn't go right because the the man or boy who answered the phone didn't want to be bothered to give the driver directions. Needless to say it made it to where I sent it were not sure what time, I never got a call I had to call them. Anywho,...
Read moreSTAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Most vile human interaction I’ve had in a long time. Hope this location “crumbles” and fails. It’s amazing to me that these franchise owners allow their employees to set their own hours and close the store whenever they want to. Clearly “Ray “didn’t want to work past 9 PM on a Saturday night even though the app clearly let me check in and complete the order. What should have been a simple pick up order turned into a total ordeal. I dropped my son off at the front door and he was able to open the door and was refused service. Confused, I parked my car and went to the door myself. In the time it took me to park my car, the door was locked and a paper sign on the door read closed. The hours posted on google as I write this are still close at 12 AM. Even the General Manager confirmed they were still open when I arrived. Ray decided to shrug me off as if I didn’t exist but magically my son existed when he kicked him out of the store minutes before. After returning to my car to report the incident on the app, I was only provided a store number. Now we go to Ray’s encore. He couldn’t acknowledge me at the door but he could answer the phone to ensure I couldn’t leave a message for the general manager. I imagine him to be the keyboard warrior type and I’m here to repay him in kind. He found all of this hilarious. My only hope is that his life continues in pathetic fashion. As for the General Manager. Only one word, useless. Has no control or respect of her staff and this location is destined to fail. I post this in hopes that nobody has to go through this experience. I’ll never spend another...
Read moreFive stars for the customer service. One star for the cookie I had today. Crumbl as a nationwide company really suffers from quality control issues.
My cookie today was the Oreo cookie with peanut butter mousse on top. It was nearly 2 inches thick and rock hard. I had trouble taking bites it was so hard. I tried cutting with a butter knife and had to chop at it to get it to cut.
Clearly overcooked, maybe an issue with balling or pressing down before baking too. The bottom 1/4” of the cookie was a darker shade compared to the rest of the cookie and had a very faint burnt taste. It tasted fine overall but I just couldn’t get past the extreme thickness and hard texture of the cookie.
Crumbl cookies are supposed to be soft and gooey inside, not like this. First time I’ve ever had a burnt crumbl cookie.
I couldn’t go back to discuss either because I’m currently in between cars and I took a 40 minute bus ride home after picking up my cookie.
Disappointed because next week is my all time favorite cookie (Oreo birthday cake) which happens once a year, and I promised my coworker I’d buy her a cookie for a ride next week.
Now I’m worried my all time favorite cookie won’t be soft and amazing like I remember and it’ll be a let down for my coworker.
On a positive note, the worker running the cash register (blonde girl with freckles) was very sweet and gave me awesome customer service during my time in the store. I hope the owner of this franchise store treats its employees well despite the quality...
