NYC Bagel and Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Greenwood Village

I order 2 items that were to have avocado. One of which was an upcharge to do so to find out they're out of avocado and feel it is ok to still upcharge for avocado because they offered to put tomato on instead. One of the items was a turkey avocado wrap so she offered Other veggies but I had already asked for the tomatoes to be removed so I settled on cucumbers. WHEN I ASKED FOR POTATO SALAD INSTEAD OF CHIPS BECAUSE THAT WAS NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE SHE WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR THE SUBSTITION. I pointed out I am already paying for avocado that you don't have it should kinda even out. She said that the tomatoes and cucumbers were being substituted to compensate. That is horrible..the price of avocado is way more than the others not to mention the disappointment of both items not having ingredients available AND the fact that i removed tomato from the wrap so prettu sure we are more than even except I am paying for avacado that I am not getting. Order was not ready when she said it would be and when I got home the wrap still was made incorrectly..had tomatoes I said to leave off and no mustard. Honestly horrible experience. This was 2nd time here. 1ST WAS FINE TODAY NOT GOOD.Plus side the potato salad is pretty good. I also expected my sandwich to be a cold sandwich and it was a hot meat....I would have never ordered it knowing that. Hot deli meat is not my thing. The girl or owner was very cahiet with me when this was her problem.Had she not wanted to charge me for potato salad and haggle at the cost of items she was or was not providing and looked at like a customer service situation and making the customer happy knowing they weer missing a main ingredient I might not even mentioned the wrap veing made wrong and the hot vs cold sandwich but combined...it was very disappointing and I am now still hungry 🤷‍♀️ PLEASE SPECIFY HOT VS COLD SANDWICHES LIKE OTHER RESTAURANTS DO Also the female that was helping me was very short with me when none of this was my fault....

YUCK YUCK YUCK, The shelf bagels at Walmart are five steps up from this place!!! I wish zero stars was an option! NEVER AGAIN-ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE -AND NASTY BAGELS AS WELL! The owner Kelly, refused to refund our money! Visited this shop on 1/14 and purchased five bagels, a sandwich, and a tub of "strawberry" cream cheese which tasted really off and ended up in the trash because we didn't want to get sick. We were really upset that we paid almost $30 for this garbage. My daughter was treated very rudely by the clerk who basically barked at her when my daughter asked a question about bagel flavors and sandwich varieties and was told to read the menu. Daughter brought five bagels and a tub of nasty cream cheese home to find out that it was just colored pink and had absolutely no flavor or sweetener in it and the bagels were hard as a rock INSIDE AND OUT! The sandwich was mediocre at best and cold on the inside. Tried calling to complain on Sunday, but no one was available, so spoke with Kelley today 1/15, who was very condescending and rude over the phone and refused to give me my money back-said I could come get more bagels and I said no thanks I just want my money back and she said we can't do that-refused to refund my money-so I'm leaving this review to share this horrible experience and advise other consumers to not go to the Nasty "New York Bagel shop" at 9555 E....

If you want to have the BEST BREAKFAST BAGEL SANDWICH IN TOWN, then you will want to visit NYC Bagel on Arapahoe in Centennial. Now those who know me know I eat at every bagel shop I see so when I say the BEST, it is not something I say lightly. I absolutely love this place. I go out of my way every morning to make it a part of breakfast routine. Why, you may ask? The sandwich is easily twice the size of other shops. The consistency is spot on, same great sandwich day in and day out. And when I eat my egg and swiss on a garlic bagel (see pictures) at 715am, I am not hungry again till about 1230 or 1pm! That's what I call sticking to your ribs! The value is amazing being that I am hungry by 10 when I eat elsewhere. For my east coast family, they have PORK ROLL!!!!!!! They take care of my bagel demands in there entirety, which is no easy feat. I'll be eating here for a very long time. Thanks guys...
