Dotty's — Restaurant in Gresham

I think depending on the day the service at dottys is exceptional. The last review wasn't really a review it was an attack at an individual and an unfair one. The individual in question is a great human and clerk. I watched her pull money out of her tip jar to round up change to an even dollar for a customer who was black some of her favorite customers are Hispanic white and black. She doesn't separate people out. She's far from racist which was the claim in the last review. She made A SINGLE mistake with over pouring. everyone in the bar industry does it so what? She owned her mistake. She runs Dottys top notch, she has the store under amazing control, the customers love her. The store is clean, she doesn't complain when she's asked to cook, and engages with customers, while they're playing. People are offered drinks when they walk in. It's a shame that one bitter customer can turn a friendship gone wrong into a hateful attack on a clerk. The store shouldn't have to pay for it. Her customer service is awesome, store is clean, customers are helped, nothing is bad about the store. Just a bad ending to a friendship. My boyfriend and I frequent this store and won't stop coming. Girl that works Thursday nights/weekend nights had horrible attitudeThanks but NO thanks. I've worked in customer service in my 20's and in no shape or form would I catch my supervisors holding on to an employee like this young lady. You may think your tattoos help you look tough but believe honey you wouldn't be where you are if you showed some respect. After 10 years of Dotty's I will no longer spend another dime at your facilities due to the disrespectful behavior. Would highly recommend customer service representative training for her. “If I could give this place zero stars, I would.” This place is so dirty and filthy. It smells like old dried urine. The owner marries her bottles! (Pours the old ones into the new). Which is not only illegal, but extremely unsanitary and will make you violently ill. I also saw her grab a few unfinished drinks and pour them back into a bottle. My last straw was when I felt something tickling my leg and I looked down to see a roach! I’m so disgusted by this place. It should be shut down!
