My daughter wanted to go here while we were on vacation so after a day of shopping, we went through the drive thru. The night of March 2nd. The food was great but the woman taking our order was rude. I asked "can I get a 4 piece combo with a" And before I could order the tea, she said " IT'S A BOX"...with the attitude of a 15 year old girl. Really unnecessary. And we don't have a Cane's near us. This was our 3rd time there. So saying "IT'S A BOX" just confused the heck out of me. What's a box? I had to look at the menu. As I'm searching for a box, she says "TO DRINK????" like nowwww she's in a hurry...even though she didn't want to hear my drink a minute before this. She literally just cut me off from ordering the drink to talk about boxes. Make up your mind your royal rudeness! And A BOX is just a 4 piece combo. If you go to McDonalds and ask for a Quarter Pounder meal, they're not going to yell "IT'S A NUMBER 2" at you. You know it means the same thing. You can say either one. It doesn't matter. And no matter what you say at any other restaurant, they just enter it in. Just like I'm sure every other employee does here.

This is the first time I have heard of the restaurant Raising Cane's, however if the line was around the building and 20 cars were waiting in drive thru, it must be good. I wanted to see for myself. When I arrived in the drive thru lane, the Canes employee gave me a paper menu while waiting to order. Short menu, just 4 items one being a sandwich. For being a new restaurant there's bound to be a few kinks. The sandwich was pretty good and already had the Cane's sauce inside it. The chicken fingers inside the sandwich weren't exactly crispy, but that is probably due to the wrapper and steam. The bun was slightly sweet which I say worked well. The fries tasted unsalted and were small in quantity, but I'm guessing that was an attempt to pair with the Cane's sauce which was surprisingly good. The Sweet tea paired well with the burger. the price is average when compared to other restaurants in the area. Overall this restaurant does show promise though. Will be back.

No customer service skills at all .. the chick.. didnt apeak.. acknowledge us ir anything.... She did speak and acknowledge all the men customers that came in though....first time coming here... Didn't like the employees too much.. but the food was great...Food is a 5 star though.... I would definitely recommend Raising canes food... It was finger licking good... The sauce was amazing... The bread was delicious... No complaints when it comes to the food at all... Bathrooms did have locks on them... Cashier didnt make us aware of it.. but she did let my daughter go... After getting someone to unlock it for us .. I guess they arent for customers.... But its a good restaurant... Great food... I just think they need to train or do some videos in customer service skills... You dont have to be friendly but you do need to acknowledge the people

My friend and I were visiting Six Flags and were so excited to find out there was a Raising Canes in town. We planned to stop there for dinner after our day at the park on 4/23/22. When we arrived there was a long line for the drive thru. No problem we thought we’d order on the app. We waited over 45 minutes past the time we were told our food was going to be ready. At least 20 people that ordered after us got their food before us and we had a very simple order. The customer service from the cashier and the man putting the orders together was the worst Ive ever experienced. We asked for them to check for our food after waiting for 30 minutes after the time we were told on the app and we got ignored by the man putting the orders together and the cashier told us she didn’t have to deal with that. Finally what I’m guessing was the head cook stepped out of the kitchen and asked for our order and made it fresh for us after he realized we were getting ignored by the other staff. It was crazy busy and the manager was just standing there talking with the cook about what was happening next door. As a fellow manager when my staff is busy I step in to help them out. You guys definitely need to work on customer service. Meanwhile there were boxes of to go orders just sitting on the counter for over 20 minutes that were cold and being handed to guests. Many customers came back up to complain about their food being cold and missing entire meals from their order. This Raising Canes was so unorganized it is...

Won't ever be coming back to this location again! Placed an order online a few hours before closing. Got to the store to pickup and the door was locked. Drive-thru also looked closed and pickup in the store was the only option when I ordered online. There were several other cars waiting in the parking lot, so I assumed they were bringing out orders as they were ready. Waiting for 15 minutes in the parking lot, tried calling the store, no one picked up and no one came out during that time except for an employee who looks like they were just going home. Finally another person went to knock on the door, when an employee came to answer. I went up to also ask about my order. The two young girls working there told the elderly guy they were not doing any orders and then laughed in his face when he got upset and left the front door area. Another employee who seemed to be in charge came up and answered more questions. She said they were understaffed and they were told they could close early. I told her my order had already gone through and charged my card a while ago, that they also weren't answering the phone despite several employees still being inside. She didn't say anything else other than telling me and the other customer to come back another day for a refund and that the website wasn't supposed to be sending them orders. There was no sign on the door saying they were closed at any point. Extremely disappointed and won't be going to this...

I waited a very long time for my order. I ordered 2 box combos. Everything was good except the chicken.....idk what happened but my chicken tasted like it was smoked or something..it had a horrible smokey aftertaste. Like a burnt tortilla or something. But the chicken looked fine! No idea what happened there but considering this was my first visit to this location and it differed soo much from what i had in Colorado springs that i dont think il be back. The wait was rediculous (considering the chicken taste like chard wood). If the food was better i wouldn't mind the wait but, unfortunately my chicken was not good. My wife's chicken also tasted the same.🤷🏽‍♂️

Updated review 3-31-2022 They really got things together now! Iv been to this location 3 times after my incident when they first opened and i have to say, they really got things in order now. My only complaint is the drive thru line. Not only is the wait ridiculous but the line causes this huge blockage near the entrance impeding traffic. On my last visit some A-hole in a black bmw went into the incoming traffic and almost hit me trying to get around the blockage 🤦🏽‍♂️. I wont hold this against them though as the food is good now. I recommend dinning in our carying out to avoid the drive thru.but great job to the owners and management on handling the issue they had early on. This is one of my go to restaurants in...
