Qdoba Has Become My Go-To for Fresh, Flavorful Mexican Eats!
I’ve been to several fast-casual places for Mexican food, but Qdoba consistently stands out as my absolute favorite. Every time I visit, I’m blown away by the quality of the food and the warm, welcoming service.
The food here is incredibly fresh. From the first bite, you can tell they take quality seriously. The rice is perfectly cooked, the beans are well-seasoned, and the meats—whether it’s the juicy, marinated chicken or the savory, slow-braised beef—are always flavorful and tender. And let’s talk about the queso! It’s creamy, rich, and has just the right amount of kick. Honestly, it’s a must-have addition to anything on the menu.
One of the best parts of eating at Qdoba is how customizable the meals are. Whether I’m in the mood for a burrito, bowl, or tacos, I can always make it exactly how I want it. They offer a ton of fresh toppings, from crisp lettuce to vibrant salsa, and their guacamole is free, which is a huge plus!
Beyond the food, the service here is consistently fantastic. The staff is friendly, quick, and genuinely seems to care about getting each order just right. Even during busy times, they keep the line moving, and the team members are always happy to answer questions or offer suggestions with a smile.
Overall, Qdoba has the perfect combination of delicious food, friendly service, and great value. If you’re looking for fresh, flavorful Mexican food with a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend giving...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal Qdoba customer for years, but after my experience at Qdoba, I’m genuinely appalled. This place should be shut down immediately until they can figure out how to serve food that isn't an insult to their customers. My nephew, who’s usually easy to please, took one bite and said he’d never come back. I can’t blame him—the meat was so soggy it might as well have been soup. It was downright revolting.
The rice was so soggy it should be re-classified as mashed potatoes. It’s beyond comprehension how a place can screw up something as basic as rice. And then there were sooo many vegetables, thrown in like someone was preparing a meal for livestock. It’s baffling how anyone in the kitchen thought this was acceptable.
The staff seemed clueless—friendly, yes, but that doesn’t matter when the food they’re serving is this bad. It’s clear to me that the staff are doing everything counterproductive to help the owner become successful.
If I were the owner, I’d be horrified. This isn’t just a bad meal; it’s a complete breakdown of standards. The only solution is to lock the doors, take down the sign, and start over. Retrain every single person, from the kitchen to the front of the house, because what’s happening here is a disgrace. Qdoba Hampton VA , as it stands, is a joke—and not a funny one.

Read moreI stopped around 7 PM to grab dinner and was immediately hit with an overwhelming cloud of food stench and heavy haze. The restaurant was filled with grill smoke. It appears the hood was either dirty & clogged, turned off, or malfunctioning.
I was looking forward to a delicious Qdoba quesadilla and thought for a second I could endure it long enough to get takeout, but it was awful. It felt unhealthy and made me question the rest of their food safety program. I don't think I was even there for 30 seconds, but stepped out and ate at the place next door. The smoke must've permeated my hair and clothes in that short time as I still wreak of it over an hour later. I snapped this pic on my way out of the other place and the air looked just as bad. Unsurprisingly, whatever customers were in there had completely cleared out.
I'm new to this area (and this Qdoba location) so I'm unsure if this is a standard condition here (I hope not), or if it was a temporary system breakdown. However, I thought someone higher up should be aware of the...
