First time visitor from outside the city of Hanford. Walked in this morning very optimistic about purchasing a baby stroller I've been eyeing. I was very pleased walking in and seeing how clean, organized and stocked everything looked. We headed straight to the baby section and immediately found a young lady and asked her where we could find the boxed stroller identical to the one on the floor. She was friendly and said she'd find out. She must've found someone else not far because a young man walked back with her and she directed him to us. We repeated our request for the stroller which the Target app said was in stock at this location. He scanned the barcode and walked to where the bigger strollers were at. He glimpsed around and said "I don't know where it's at. I'm sorry it must be discontinued" and he walked away. Really? Having managed customer service in the past, this to me was a major red flag. We made a bee line straight to the door and instead drove to the city of Tulare. Where I was helped with much friendlier effort. We left Hanford disappointed and very much eager to explore the remaining...
   Read moreTarget team will always honor a price adjustment if the item is questionable. Example: I found an item today that was regular price on the shelf but when I scanned it through the Target app it read as a discounted price. When I arrived at the register it read a different price from the shelf AND the app. I explained that it was cheaper in the app. The lady at the register used her phone to check the price on HER Target app and yet it read a different price higher than what I found...so...I scanned the item in front of her and her manager and showed them the cheapest price that my Target app was scanning and they honored it. Confusing why this happened but appreciate that they were willing to make it right. Also the staff are ALWAYS friendly and go out of their way...
   Read moreI went to Target in Hanford Ca. I love target but they did not make sure that customers in line were 6 ft away from each other. I told the customer behind me to please step back from me. Of course I got a nasty reply. Their employees were not protected in any way. No masks no gloves. I called the store with my concerns and was told they were doing their best. I then called their corporate office and was basically told the same thing. What makes me angry is that Target IS NOT protecting their CUSTOMERS OR EVEN EVEN THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES. They have lost a customer. I will not in good conscience watch this. I don't know if any other stores are any better because, i have not been out in 2 months. PLEASE PROTECT...
