Yacht Harbor Towers — Local services in Honolulu

3 year tenant. Building management somehow wraps up a five star location in a one star package. They failed to address fire barrier issues between apartments after hiring contractors for a piping issue (probably plausible deniability for their liability) to ignoring resident problems of smoking and violent neighbors (at least until police have been involved). Rest assured as a property owner that management will not inform you of problem tenants and instead tell renters to FITFO. Management of building hired contractors entering your home is non-existent. Don’t expect follow through or professional standards and don’t invest in incompetence by buying here. Only getting a second star because the view is nearly unmatched in Hawaii and the older building has better bones than newer construction, shame...

Unfortunately, I have to give Yacht Harbor Towers 1 star, not because of the individual unit owner, but because of the administration. Laura, was nice enough and tried to help, but the other lady lacked cultural sensitivity to my friend who could not speak English and after a year of trying to get back her deposit from the office, has still not even received it. Instead of directing me to someone who could help, she actually hung up on me. Until she is replaced with someone who can return calls and follow through with what she says she'll do, this place will get 1 star from me. I just hope they are not taking advantage of any other students visiting...

Yacht Harbor buildings are just completed renovated last year 2021! It is like new! Now a luxury building to live. The lobby, the elevators, the piping, the windows are all new! The solid concrete building, open floorplan and parking, the large pools, Tennis court, BBQ, etc, best common area.

It is located at the boarder of Waikiki just a few minutes walking distance. The rent is very competitive and you get much more value than the crowded...
