Class and style is what I expect from any business no matter the place. My latest experience was rude, unprofessional and the lack of care to it’s PAYING customers was gross. Called ahead of time and expected pickup to be easy and pleasant instead they claimed no called was made and no order. Blaming us for calling the wrong location when in fact we called the correct one. The order wasn’t taken. The pizza wasn’t made. Ok. Fine, reorder. What upsets me is that there was no care, no professionalism and when it was all said and done, not a single thank you, sorry for the confusion, have a great evening. They acted though I inconvenienced them when really it was the exact opposite. There needs to be some serious training for customer service. Been going here for years and have never been overly impressed however this time I feel its time to say something. First the young lady with the manager badge met me at the register without even a smile or how can I help you, she was sort and snappy. She rushed me through my transaction without even trying to upsell me when I did in fact want a desert which I had to pay for seperately. Then they gave my pizza to the wrong customer who they had to call back in to the store. This place is the worst my daughter worked their they fired her because she couldnt come Into work cause her father was being loaded on to an ambulance gasping for air so shanna the store manager fired her said if you want your job you will show up. Also she let's minors vape in the back and gets high with them and does nothing about it.
