Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Heath

We live over 20 minutes away so they don't deliver. So we drive in and pick up our orders. We're fine with that. Tonight I sent my daughter in to pick up the order and they only gave her part of it. I admit, I should have told her exactly what to look for. She got home and I realized it was missing 3 items - an entire pizza and 2 orders of cinnamon twists. (The ironic part was that they gave her the frosting but not the twists.). I called and explained they only gave her part of the order and I wanted to double check that they did have the rest of the order and hadn't forgotten to cook it. They replied matter of factly, "It's here.". No apology for not giving it to her or anything. I responded that I would drive back and pick it up and they said, "Ok.". I got there and again explained that I was there to pick up the other half of our order that they didn't give my daughter 45 minutes ago. All I got was, "Here it is. Have a nice night.". I really feel common courtesy would call for an apology for not giving my daughter there entire order. We had to drive a total of an hour and a half just for pizza and we didn't even get to all eat together because we had hungry little ones and guests. I was very disappointed in...

Most recent experience was amazing. Food tastes amazing, and the gentleman working tonight is very friendly. I've always had my order made correctly when he is working. He is the only one who seems to care about his job and gives amazing customer service!

I wish I would have caught his name. However he is the only one with the ponytail that works on night shift this is not the first time he has messed up my order. It is a simple cheesy marinara with garlic knots, he constantly forgets the marinara. At this point I feel like he is doing it on purpose. He is very rude he makes me feel like I am an inconvenience and not a customer. If I ever know he is working before I place an order I don't think I will actually place my order, I will go elsewhere before I ever have to deal with him again. I've ordered several times, and typically everything is fresh and hot with delivery. Even though the quality is usually there, the accuracy isn't... at least with delivery orders.

4 out of the last 5 times I've ordered, something is missing. The last delivery order, I was missing more than half the order. I prefer delivery to help support the drivers, and typically tip close to 40 percent of my order totals since I live 7 miles away, but I just can't justify it anymore. Yeah, they've offered me a free pizza to make up for it, but it ends up being less than what I actually paid for anyway, so I've paid for several things that I haven't received.
