I have been a loyal Subway customer for years.but after this experience I WILL NOT continue to support this company in any way....I placed an order through the app which I have done many times before. The first thing I did was change my store since I generally order from work ( In Helen ) and that night I was at Home i( ln Cornelia ) after changing stores I placed my order and at checkout a pop up ask if I wanted to order from this store ( Cornelia ) of course I confirmed this store and checked out. When my friend got to the store they had no record of my order so I checked the app and my order had been sent to the Helen store. I tried calling the store and only got a full voice mail...(a personal voice mail not a company voice mail) the employee in Cornelia also tried unsuccessful to get in touch with somebody. My friend had to go to work so just ordered and paid for a meal and was told to have me contact the other store the next day.The next day I still only got the same voice mail at this point I was thinking that was really unprofessional but still had confidence that this issue would be easily taken care of so after work I stop by there and when I spoke to the manager was told Oh well nothing I can do no refund no let me make you the meal that you paid for just I don't know what you want me to do about it. I ask to speak to her Supervisor and was told to call the company but when I ask for the number was told she didn't have it., as a general manager She should definitely have the my so either subway has very poor management training or she just lied at this point I'm was very upset but did go online and find the # and called it left a message and was never contacted so once again I went online and found an email.I did get a response to my email asking a couple of questions which I answered. That was over a month ago and I still have not heard back from anybody so Basically Subway just stole my money. I'm writing this because I believe people should know how little this company values there customers. I hope I can keep anybody else from having this kind of experience I will be contacting better Business bureau and anybody else I can to hold them accountable for their actions. When this all started I really believe that it was one bad egg I believe the manager and Subway was not very good at her job very unprofessional and did not represent her company well unfortunately I was wrong and she represented the company exactly how they are so please be careful when dealing with this company and I would suggest not using their app because that's where this whole thing got started I will not recommend this restaurant to anybody. I have work in customer service for over 30 years this is unacceptable and my advice is to go on down the road and find yourself something else to eat it's not...

I just left this location. I had every intention to buy myself a 6" teriyaki chicken subway to get me through the rest of our trip in Helen.
However, Mike who is apparently the owner decided to make a very offensive comment about my friend getting a cup of ice and water.
He words to another customer, "You see that right there. That's theft of services and I can get her attested." He repeated this another time to that customer and one time to the other employee.
I first walked out at first but knew I need the store number to report him. I came back in and asked who was the owner he said Mike something then when I asked for the store number he said that he didn't know. So I said, "Just give me my receipt. I know it's on there." I then asked how much a cup of water cost and said it's free if you buy a something so I grabbed a cup and made me a cup of ice water. Then when I asked for his name he said that he would not give out his name. I told him that I knew name was Mike and thank you.
He proceeded to tell that he knew all about theft of services and that she was wrong. I told him to have a great day and good bye.
I was buying a subway so it would have been a free cup of water anyway as I wasn't getting any water or beverages.
Oh and I asked if he could make me w raspberry cheesecake cookie but he was very adamant that...
Read moreOkay so twice this week, I got the footlong buy one get one. I asked it the sandwiches the halves on each be wrapped separately. That did not happen and the girl that brought him out to the car cuz I'm disabled smelled reaking of cigarette smoke. And there was no napkins to be found. So four of us had a time needless to say picnicking. Today I kind of order on the same line not the exact same sandwiches but two footlongs again specific instructions in capital letters please wrap the house separate they forgot last time. Get the sandwiches not only are they not wrapped separate they arenot even cut in half. I tried to call them phone doesn't work at least the number on the ticket. So I look it up and call off from the internet no one answers the phone. I really love Subway I'm not a fast food person. Pretty much spent about 60 bucks in the last week there. Not satisfied at all. Tried to go online to bring the attention to corporate. The store number that's printed on the receipt doesn't work. I'm not sure but somebody's doing something wrong in that store. It's probably no wonder it closed once before and it will probably close again.
