This great tasting, nicely portioned food has been really wonderful. These meals and service have truly been game changing for me and my mom for the last 2 months. I am a big fan now, and here are some of the many things that I like about this place.
With free delivery, good quality ingredients at a an fair price, this service has transformed our lives in a good way.
My system has become that I order the "small" (vs. Large option) meal plans for my elderly mom. This works out perfectly for ALL meals for about a week at a time (all 3 meals for each day with snacks too). Without going out for any other meals right now, these are the only meals she eats, so the 5 day meal plan is pretty much accurate. Most times I order a few extra favorites and salads and that bolsters the plan to last a bit longer til I order again.
My mom enjoys everything she ever gets from there. Mixed berry salad, turkey chili, lasagne, yogurt pafrait... Her fav might be the "It's a Wrap".
The microwave ready serving trays are very well portioned for 1 person and it is super convenient for her to quickly, easily heat up her own food whenever she wants. The food is pre-cooked perfectly so that when you finish it off at the in the microwave it comes out just right.
The salads and wraps have so far always been very very fresh obviously served cold. But on a side note, similar to eating cold pizza, some of the meals can be eaten cold which is still really good too.
When compared to her previous diet consisting of way too much fast food, these "home cooked" meals are far more healthy. I especially like that there is a good portion of veggies in the meals I select. With a bit more movement and exercises added to routine, my mom has lost 12lbs in a month. Not that the weight loss is a huge goal, but feeling stronger and healthier is and I feel these meals have played a critical role in this progress.
Practically speaking, the variety of options works good for the week. I often realize that if we tried to do this ourselves, we couldn't purchase all ingredients, and prepare this much variety of meals for a week for the very reasonable price. And then we would have to do so much work (shopping and all food prep, cooking, cleaning...) and still have food wasted in the end. Ready Fit Foods is such a great value when you think about like this.
The folks there are nice and seem to try hard to work out any issues with delivery or food questions.
Will try to add pics to this post later. Hope this helps them pic up a few extra customers that were not sure about this olace was or is. I remember being confused a bit on how it was going to work for us.
Did you actually read all that? Sheesh that was a lot...

Wonderful service and response time.
Several people in my office & I have been searching for a meal plan / prep place local in our area. I finally stumbled upon Ready Fit Go. Immediately I loved the options and the pictures look wonderful, reviews are positive as well.
I then stumbled upon the ....."Meal Plan Work?" "Step #1 - Depending on your caloric intake and fitness goals, you will first select the size of meal plan that is best for your goals (small or large)."
I am basing my diet upon my calorie intake, and variety. Nothing more. I was slightly disappointed when the website did not provide a way to easily select food options or a meal plan based upon calories goals per day or weekly. The only way to do so is by clicking on each individual food item, reviewing the calories, which is time consuming to do every week. It should be fairly simple implementation to have the website "auto generate" meal plans based upon someone's calorie intake goal within a 5-10% swing +/- .
I called the store hoping for some better luck and asked if they have any packages or options for someone looking for 1,500 calories a day. I was informed they do not and if wanted to do that to count calories that "Some of our clients check the calories and add the items manually." Again, entirely too manual and time consuming for myself.
This may sound privileged to some, but i am searching for a true "Set It & Forget It." service so I can focus on my weight goals for the next 6 months to a year plus.
That being said, should they ever opt to implement such a feature or offer the service in the store then myself and others would 100% become long term clients, rewrite my review and...
Read moreReady Fit Go Healthy foods...where to begin. I went there and discovered that most of the foods are under 300 calories. I was so happy because I am trying to lose 30ish pounds and had already lost 17 pounds. So I was well on my way to getting to my goal. They have a bison breakfast meal and the label stuck to the top states “260 calories and that the serving size is 1 container of food.” I was blown away at this amazing news and I purchased several of them. I also purchased several other kinds of their foods with similar labels and continuous low calorie amounts. So at this point I am thinking that this food is going to get me to my goal of losing 13 more pounds. And I am totally psyched at this. Cut to 3 days later, The meals were kind of gross and I was eating only 2 of the meals a day, I didn’t really care that they were a bit gross as long as they helped me lose more weight. Two meals a day, according to their labels, is only about 500-600 calories a day. Much to my surprise I gained about 4 pounds in 3 days. I could not believe it and I couldn’t figure it out so I started googling all the ingredients in the packages. The bison breakfast meal (that’s label states 260 calories) was really 744 calories. So I started googling all the other meals and they were all well over 600 calories. These people are liars. They lied to me and they...
