Framebridge — Local services in Hoboken

One of the best shopping experiences I have had in Hoboken. Period. I cannot say enough good things about this place! I had been waiting for the store to open for eons. And when they did, I walked in on a random day (without an appointment somehow) with 9 prints in my hands. Jay greeted me excitedly and was all ears! He painstakingly made space and laid out all my prints and immediately got to work pulling out various frame options.

In minutes, he had helped me select all of them and also run me through the different types of framing options providing his valuable insights all the way. I even got to see a sneak peek of all the frames. Once he told me what to expect next and an approx ETA on the frames, I was on my way. It was so easy peasy!!

The company is so well organized. I could see updates on my frames individually — ready to be framed, being framed, in transit etc. I had opted for store pick-up. These guys are soooo thorough that one of the frames got to the store for pick-up but Jay knew I had wanted my art fixed in a spot, that hadn't been done so he sent it back. Their quality control is impeccable! They promise to reframe anything if you are not happy with it, even if it is just you having second thoughts!! Talk about customer service.

Another time, I went with my daughter who was getting cranky so Carlton immediately brought out packets of treats for her and got her busy while also helping me decide on my options. I recently brought in multiple pieces to be framed and couldn’t be happier with the entire process and the final results. Joe was an absolute pleasure to work with — his keen attention to detail and great eye for choosing just the right frames and matting really made each print and piece of artwork stand out beautifully.
