Honolulu Sushi — Restaurant in Honolulu

Poor service. They didn’t send 3 of our dishes which happened to be the kids meals. So kids went hungry and that worked out as you’d expect. We called them to rectify through resending the actual and paid order and they refused. Rubbish service. Avoid

Firstly, as the restaurant owner it is you not the delivery driver responsible for preparing and ensuring the correct meals are made. It’s shameful that you would blame the delivery driver.

Secondly, Uber Eats only partially refunded the money and not the whole meal as you have stated. They also charged $15 as a tip and deducted that from the refund!! So initially they returned $55 and then only $39 something actually made it back to me! I had already paid them a tip with the original order too!!

Delicious sushi, open area for the wind to hit while eating cooling u down in a hot day. Nice cashiers. Ive tried the Omega sushi 2 times now, by far my favorite with a mix of fresh taste and crispy interior. Seating is okay, (maybe a bit claustrophobic), but this is more a grab ur food, chow down, and get out type of spot (or take it on the go).

Sidenote: I asked for extra ginger and a cup of Wasabi with no issue. Nice accomadation.

Great, affordable option for casual sushi, sashimi, chirashi bowls and poke right in the heart of Waikiki.
