Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches — Restaurant in Hot Springs

Seriously, why does this place taste so much more fresh and cleaner than other chain sub places?! I can literally watch an employee chop a new lettuce head at Subway and it still doesn’t taste as fresh as this place, where I walk in and they are carving and shaving fresh meats. It’s wild. And I Love this place! Also, Horray for a lettuce wrapped option that’s as big and fat as a sub with bread!! Seriously, if you are trying to eat a little cleaner, try the veggie UNWICH, it’s a veggie sub with no bread and wrapped in iceberg lettuce leaves. Sooooooo refreshing. I like to remove the cheese and Mayo. Veggies are kinda wet and wet Mayo is like messy white water running all over the place with every bite, I recommend a heavier condiment like jimmy mustard. It comes with a gauc spread which is lovely, and I like to add the hot jimmy peppers which are tastier than a jalapeño to me. Also, if you are living life on the edge and eating it all, the gargantuan club is AMAZING. It’s literally a giant sub with it all and then some. I learned from a chef a long time ago that when it comes to toppings less is more when done right, so when craving some meat I like the hunters club which is so flavorful in all the right ways and perfect the way it comes with a few add ons like jimmy peppers. Saw their truck pass down the road so I figured "hey I will give it a try". So im on the phone for 10 minutes to figure out they only deliver a mile from the store which means they pass the road to my house so I am about block out of their delve radius. I then ask can I just meet you guys at the gas station the manager tells the delivery driver it is u to him. It literally takes me 3 minutes to get to their store from my house. I had the opportunity to let them make my order right from last time and I'm Freaky Happy. My sandwich was as expected and delicious. I do want to point out that my previous mistake was not offered to be brought to Benton as was replied. I told them I couldn't wait an hour because I was going to Benton. Being a fair reviewer is important and I call it like it is, good or bad.
