I went over today Dec 27th at 6:30pm and the barista girl who was making the drinks was very rude . All I asked for was some ice. All the young lady had to do was hand it to me but she rudely told me I had to stand in a very long line and didnāt care that she could have handed me the ice. She was just standing there waiting for a blender to stop .My coworkers always complain about how rude these employees are and not to mention so is the manager . I donāt understand how this place is associated with Nordstrom who is known for upscale service but has an Ebar with horrible stank attitude employees. Iām a vendor in the mall and I spend money on this over priced place all the time . But I wonāt be anymore . Iāll just walk to Starbucks like...

I'm lactose intolerant and they gave me someone else's drink today...fairly certain the other person wasn't. š so I'm dealing with stomach discomfort and the "remade" drink is equally as flavorless.
