This place in the Houston Galleria attached to Nordstrom has the worst customer service . I visit this place several times a week and so does my coworkers . I went over today Dec 27th at 6:30pm and the barista girl who was making the drinks was very rude . All I asked for was some ice. All the young lady had to do was hand it to me but she rudely told me I had to stand in a very long line and didn’t care that she could have handed me the ice. She was just standing there waiting for a blender to stop .My coworkers always complain about how rude these employees are and not to mention so is the manager . I don’t understand how this place is associated with Nordstrom who is known for upscale service but has an Ebar with horrible stank attitude employees. I’m a vendor in the mall and I spend money on this over priced place all the time . But I won’t be anymore . I’ll just walk to Starbucks like...

When I first started getting my coffee here it was decent, nothing insane or above par, but decent. Within the last few months it's quality has declined greatly. I'm lactose intolerant and they gave me someone else's drink today...fairly certain the other person wasn't. 🙃 so I'm dealing with stomach discomfort and the "remade" drink is equally as flavorless.
