From the moment I walked in the door it was not right. The cashier took forever to address me then when I told her I was there for replacement order she frowned up. Me and my colleagues ordered from Wendy's the day before and spoke to Erik about the order being wrong the minute we received it. He insisted he fixed the order correctly and we asked if we needed to send a picture 4 out of 5 of the orders was wrong. The 5th never was in the bag. Erik told us to come back the next day. When I arrived Erik stated he made the orders which he did but if I say no mayo on them then that's what I want. Then he claim he had to call his manager Wendy to get approval. He must have told her he fixed the orders correctly because after he hung up the phone he only wanted to replace the one missing order. We all teach at the nearby high school and we will definitely let everyone know about the bad customer service...

I’m writing this review because I want to talk about the incredible staff here. The restaurant is clean and bright, but the staff really makes this place shine. They make you feel welcome here, the staff is so friendly, nice, and helpful. I had an issue with a coupon/reward and they worked with me and helped me with it. Staff members were excited to talk about Frosty’s with me and they made sure my order was completely correct, hot and fresh. I want to mention Charles, who was the most nice, patient, and friendly person I met tonight. He helped me with everything even when I had a coupon issue, he made ordering so easy and really made me smile with his friendliness and humor. He really went way above and beyond for me. I’m really not one to write reviews about fast food places, but Charles made for such a wonderful and memorable experience I had to write a review here. Thank you all so much...
