I am not going to give it the worst review...but it isn't going to be the best either. Grabbed dinner from there on 8/22/22. The restaurant was near empty - so I got pretty quick service. However, it wasn't the best service. Got to gives props to the gentleman that helped me. You could tell that he did care or wanted to help. The girl working behind the counter was NOT helpful. Asked for extra chips when she was bagging my food and she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. I guess the 2 customers who walked in after me were more important - or her friends because she walked over to them and immediately started talking to them - as if no one else existed.
Pros: -Got food quickly
Cons: -No 'WELCOME TO MOES' when I walked in. Have they stopped doing that? -Didn't have much food out even though it was around 6-7pm -The store felt dirty/old -The door latch to the store looked to be broken and zip-tied together -The female behind the counter rolling her eyes at me and immediately talking to the girls behind me (acting as if they were the only ones that were in the store) -There was a sign on the cash register that stated the stores hours. I don't remember when they open, but the closed was 8pm. This was underlined, starred and circled on the paperwork. I guess come 8:01 you are out of luck and will not be helped?

Read moreI placed an order via the app after considering Chipotle first and remembering that Moe’s was close and I LOVE Moe’s. Placed my order and when my husband picked it up he was slightly confused on how to even pick it up and when poking around he said an employee pointed and he saw a bag and figured everything was there. Once the good got home we realized half the order was not only missing, but cold. I called and explained the situation to which they said they would replace the missing food the following day if we came up there. Once we opened up the food we realized our kid’s meal were wrong and burrito was absolutely disgusting and I was pulling what felt like full stocks of cilantro out of it. It got to a point I didn’t even finish my food and threw the rest away. Later that night my daughter woke up vomiting and I called the store the following day to explain we didn’t want our food replaced and just wanted a full refund due to everything being wrong and my daughter being sick and my number was taken down for a call back. When they called back I was give a partial refund for the missing food only. Read moreI've gone to this location occasionally over the past several years, and almost every time, I've regretted it & wish I had gone to one of the other Moe's locations in town that are much better. Where to begin?
The workers seem like they openly hate their jobs & don't want to be there. Something is usually missing in my order, whether is queso, the drink, or getting the order totally confused for someone else's. The QR scanner is always broken & so Moe's Rewards can't easily be activated/used. I recently was completely unable to use my Moe's $10 reward because of this. The dining room is a mess, with most tables being quite messy and the floor being unswept. Portions vary widely between visits. Sometimes it's great, other times, it's quite meager.
Moe's, which otherwise has a great product and brand name, should be embarrassed by this franchise location. For how much they charge for their food, you'd think they could hire competent staff & purchase a QR reader that...
