I give my rating primarily based on their availability and easy to find allergen free alternative products. I found their individual items and allergens they contain list right off the main menu page. My 13 year old son and I aren’t able to eat dairy or gluten, in addition I can’t eat any corn products.... this makes it almost impossible to not only go out to eat ( there’s one sit down restaurant we go to), let alone being able to get delivery. Oh sure, you can get gluten free crust at most of the chain pizza places, but, you have to do your research carefully because some of the straightforward toppings are disguised as they contain additives of corn, milk, or gluten. Like chicken, beef, bacon, even sausage and some veggies. So you can’t even trust a salad.... they don’t usually have this information so readily available, when they do they make it hard to read or to understand... Today, I pulled up ordered my sandwich and asked the lady helping me to mix iced tea and lemonade. Her exact words were, “I don’t have time to make that.” Okay? That’s disappointing to know something is available, but you’re denied because someone says they don’t have time. That’s poor customer service. I got a Root Beer. Meh. I think she could hear the disappointment when my substitute was a root beer. I get my sandwich (an unwich/lettuce wrap). It literally had shredded lettuce inside the lettuce wrap. Read morePlaced an order through DoorDash, which has nothing to do with Doordash. Seems Jimmy Johns does there own deliveries. Which is WRONG! Because you are charged the DoorDash Fees. This was our experiences, on 2/1/24 placed an order through the Doordash App. around 11:40 am. At 12:55pm (yes over an hour later!) received a notice from DoorDash that the order was complete! Yet we had nothing, immediately contacted DoorDash live help. They gave me Jimmy Johns phone number saying there was nothing they could do as they are not affiliated with Jimmy Johns delivery service. We contacted Jimmy Johns asking about our order, only to get a giggling voice saying "I know DoorDash says you have received your order but it's just leaving our place. Oh, and they have other orders to delivery before yours!" Seriously! When our order was finally delivered it was nearly 2 hours later. Our lunch "hour" had long past!
