Their ice cream is alright, but I just had an unpleasant experience with an employee. We're in the middle of a pandemic, so everyone is going through the drive-through as we can't go inside. They asked me to pull forward to wait for my order. When the emplyee brought out my order, she rudely states "Next time, you just need to pull up to the sidewalk." (My window was maybe 2 feet past where the sidewalk ended, so she has to step into the curb I stead of the sidewalk. I literally had pulled forward because the lady behind me tried to pull past and looked like she was having trouble getting around me.) This time it led to confusion that was figured out in less than a minute long conversation with the woman who took our order. Upon bringing us our shakes a second woman came along, whom I assume was a manager or shift lead, to tell us how to order next time so "YOU don't confuse people" as if being confused for thirty seconds is the worst thing they have to deal with in a customer facing job. The girl at the drive thru said that it can't just be sprinkling it has to be raining hard. Oh wow!
