Command Coffee — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I'm very glad that there's a new coffee place that's on the circle- we really needed some type of coffee back on the circle. I tried this location thrice; the first time, my drip coffee was room temperature. If I hadn't already driven away, I would have had them correct it for me. The next time I tried the coffee was warm at best. Third time, same. I'm used to piping hot cups so this was odd. I get a splash of cream but its not enough to cool it. When I was handed coffee, all three times, its warm enough to gulp. I also noticed that for being a downtown location there's no sense of urgency for 2 of 3 of my trips that I made to command coffee. The drip coffee did taste good which is nice, the temp needs improvement. I will probably give this coffee place to try one more time maybe with a seasonal latte or something however it's a complete miss for me. Maybe once they're more established it could be a more enjoyable experience. I order drip coffee because I'm normally in a hurry but it still takes a shocking amount of time to get my coffee.

I personally hated the Caramel Macchiatos. I had one with oat milk and the other regular, and spent $14 (which is kinda overpriced for the sizes in my eyes) for sour-tasting coffees we didn't realize were bad until we were already away from them. I understand some companies have coffee in different ways but should have the same base. I wish it wasn't a Monday I would have loved my usual spot at the Good Vibes Café. I stopped in Command Coffee today 4-19-2025 after getting dinner at the Weber Grill. They were very busy and there was only one young lady working. I'm giving them a five star simply because of her hustle. She was busting her ass to get the orders out in a timely fashion. You just don't see many people hustling like that anymore.
