update!!! On Dec 12th I called to speak with the manager but this time it was a very friendly girl. She was very apologetic for what happened and said the district manager would call or txt me. She also said i should have had my money back a long time ago which i already knew and she also said she would take care of it.Honestly i believe the manager that camceled my order pocketed my money and nobody at the store wants to deal with it. I never got a call or a txt from the distrct manager and as far as their response to my review here hahaha cause i already sent a email and filed a formal complaint and have not heard back. They are stealing from customers and corporate doesnt care! What is this city coming to??On November 27th I went onto potbellies website which stated they delivered. I ordered $47 worth of food but after paying it said I had to pick it up. I then immediately called the manager which was a woman and this was on a weekend. I stated what the website said and she explained that they do have delivery but not on weekends. She said she didn't know why the website doesn't state this so my order was canceled immediately before anything was prepared or even started. She said my refund would be back on my card within 5-7 buisness days. On December 5th when I didn't see the refund I called again and asked for the manager. He stated she was busy so I left my name # and the issue,he said she would call me back. On December 8th when I didn't get a call back and still hadn't seen my refund I called agian and spoke with the same manager. She became very rude and said it would take 10 buisness days. Today is the 11th and I still don't have my refund. I will be contacting the BBB or consumer protection. I will also contact my bank to file a dispute. 10 buisness days? I had heard good things about this place, but my visit left me with a sour taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. First and foremost, the service was abysmal. As I entered the shop, I immediately noticed the tense atmosphere. The staff appeared demoralized, which undoubtedly had an impact on the service quality. Orders were mixed up, and the wait times were longer than they should have been. I had to wait an excruciatingly long time just to place my order, and when I finally did, they got it wrong not once, but twice. It's frustrating when a simple sandwich order becomes an ordeal. Now, let's talk about the food. I ordered the Lucky 7 and was shocked at how small it was for the price. The portion was laughable, and it left me feeling hungry even after I finished it. The taste was underwhelming as well. The ingredients lacked freshness, and the sandwich itself was bland. It was as if they had forgotten to put any seasoning or flavor into it. I could have made a better sandwich at home in a fraction of the time and cost. The ambiance of the place didn't do much to salvage the experience either. The tables were dirty, and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. It's difficult to enjoy a meal when you're worried about the cleanliness of the establishment. To top it all off, the prices were unreasonably high for what was offered. I wouldn't mind paying a premium for a quality meal, but what I received was far from it. UPDATE: They are slower than ever. zero greeting, zero eye contact, zero respect, zero acknowledgement you even exist, zero reason this place is still in business. 2025 UPDATE: Tried again. Was ignored when I walked in until I got their attention. After asking if I had a pick-up, which I replied 'yes', they just ignored me again. PEOPLE HERE COULD NOT BE MORE LAZY AND AWFUL AT THEIR JOB!! They need some serious training and lessons in customer service. Fire all of them, and hire people who can help us get our orders done in a timely manner. Worst Service in the History of Food!!!!
UPDATE : They asked me to send a formal complaint via email. They are not replying and seem to not care about improving their dinning experience. Very bad management and owners not willing to take ownership of the situation to improve how customers are treated.
The three incompetent girls who were closing the store on 8/9/2022 treated my wife like she was wasting their time. A PAYING customer, using MONEY, which this business needs to survive, was less important to these girls than closing the shop early. They left my wife's two sandwiches unfinished, just sitting at the toppings prep station. My wife was annoyed and the lack of respect and we have filed a corporate complaint.
