Fazoli's — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Good breadsticks. Good pizza. I recently had an undercooked pizza slice which was pretty inedible but I'll still go back. I dont love the plain noodles and sauce. The dishes with noodles, sauce, meat, and veggies are good. Just pasta and sauce is not good. The meal deal type bundles are disgusting- never again. The loaded pastas are flavorful and dont congeal quickly. The calories are outrageous- it's not something you can eat every week especially if you get extra breadstivks which...I mean that's what we go to fazolis for. The breadsticks. I will say that you can spend $11 to get a pasta, breadsticks, drink. At that point olive garden unlimited soup/salad is $10 and they're comparable, especially if you order a side of sauce at OG. Ms. Mosser, thank you for inquiring regarding my recent visit. I hope you will understand that my visit wasn't "bad".

Ultimately, I'm just not personally fond of the flavor & texture of the food as a whole. I am guessing it's most likely because the food needs to be able to be prepared quickly and that's what causes the flavor profile and texture to be what it is.

I hope that anyone reading this review will understand that my review is based off of my preference for fresher and less processed types of foods, and that in the long run, most people will find the location, the staff and the food very nice. Unfortunately, it was just not at the top of my list of places to eat.

I had just left the hospital after visiting my mom and I was hungry and tired and stopped at the drive-thru here at 7:45 pm. A woman told me she would be right back but never came back to me. I could hear some static on the speaker so I drove up to the window thinking the speaker was broken. I could see a woman and an older man walking around leisurely. They just ignored me. The female employee was bagging up orders so I assumed they were busy inside.
